Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) & High-density polyethylene (HDPE) are the main Plastic substrates for Carry shopping bags and some times Biaxially-Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) films also used, Rupa Colour inks - Rupa FlexiPoly Flexo ink have all the qualities such as good adhesion on these Plastic substrates, bright color, Low-Odour, High Gloss, Rub Resistance, Scuff resistance, etc., RUPA FLEXIPOLY series for printing on PET (chemically treated), AL foil (using Primer), Paper, Boards, Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) & High-density polyethylene (HDPE) Rupa FlexiPoly are solvent based printing inks, designed for Flexo printing. Main Characteristics:

Good adhesion properties. Low solvent retention. High gloss level. Good Rub and Scuff Resistance Suitable for reverse printing Non Lamination Good printability.

Recommend Surface: Rupa FlexiPolyinks are suitable to be applied on PET (chemically treated), AL foil (using Primer), Paper and most treated Polyolefin films, e.g. OPP, LDPE, LLDPE and Cellophane. For Polyethylene and Polypropylene film the treatment should be at least 38 dynes per / cm for good adhesion and optimum resistance properties. Reducer Solvent: Isopropyl Alcohol or Ethanol. Viscosity Adjustment: Viscosity should be measured after stirring the ink in the printing machine; printing viscosity is 20-25 sec. /Ford Cup 4 at 25 C. Information on processing: Rupa FlexiPolyinks may be used at press speed of 80 - 200 m/min using the appropriate reducer. Storage: Store inks in tightly closed containers in a cool and dark place avoiding direct sunshine We recommend using Rupa FlexiPolyinks within one year of the manufacturing data which printed on the label. Pack sizes: Rupa FlexiPoly could be delivered in 5kg, 10Kg, 25kg Packing Cleaning and Thinning Solvent: Butanol. For Better Result please use Rupa FlexiPoly Thinners.
