ABSTRACT This paper presents the design and construction of a three phase automatic power changeover system that electronically switches power supply from public supply to generator once there is public power supply outage and vice-versa. It does this automatically. This is achieved by the use of control circuits that have timing abilities and electronic relays to effect the switching.
