Literature Review Most organisation as well as their management invest on human resources because it is known to be one of the most significant assets of the organisation. The concept of having satisfied staffs and personnels is considered as the basic idea of keeping the best staffs and personnels to stay in the organisation. There has been many HR management strategies provided to satisfy the staffs and personnels. These approaches are initiated implemented to avoid staffs and personnel turnover and other issues (Lipiec, 2001). Consequently, turnover happens when an staffs and personnel leaves a specific job or organisation permanently and his/her services are no longer

available. In the previous investigations and cases, one of the typical reasons why staffs and personnels leave their job is because they are dissatisfied with their job that they tend to search for options as well as compare those options with their current jobs, and depart or leave the organisation if any of the alternatives are judged to be better than their current job opportunities. Other investigations have described the conventional turnover process as characteristically beginning with dissatisfaction of the staffs and personnels. The intention to leave, the antecedent to turnover, shows the staffs and personnels estimated probability that his/her resignation is impending. Primarily, the goal of this proposed researched is to evaluate the case of supermarkets. This proposed study, explores the aspects of compensation (performance review, bonuses, insurance); working environment (working condition, organizational structure); career opportunity and challenge s(career growth, training and development); management support (communication and feedback, interest in staffs and personnel concerns, recognition of good work); relationship (organizational culture, loyalty, individual development to determine whether the staffs and personnels of public sector universities of Pakistan are satisfied with their jobs or not. Research Objective As mentioned above, the main purpose of this paper is to investigate the public sector universities of Pakistans staffs and personnel satisfaction which they can use to stay competitive in the market. Specifically this paper aims on achieving the following objectives: Analyse the current staffs and personnel satisfaction approach used by public sector universities of Pakistan s. Investigate the staffs and personnel satisfaction rates of the supermarkets based on the perception of the staffs and personnels. To identify how the management motivate their employees. To recommend ways on effective implementation of staffs and personnel satisfaction programme system. To generate sound conclusion which supports the outcome of the analysis and literature review collated.

Research Questions 1. What is the current staffs and personnel satisfaction approached used by public sector universities of Pakistan s staffs and personnel? 2. What is the perception of the consumers in terms of the staffs and personnel satisfaction rates of the supermarkets staffs and personnel? 3. What do you think should be included in the Staffs and personnel Satisfaction Index System that will serve as guidelines for public sector universities of Pakistan s? 4. What are the ways that the management of the public sector universities of Pakistan can do to effectively implement staffs and personnel satisfaction index system? Overview of Methodology The discussion of this research investigation will mainly give emphasis on the analysis of satisfaction and how this can be considered to public sector universities of Pakistan industries. The data and information that will be collated for this research investigation will be derived from primary resources and secondary resources. The primary data came from the respondents who are staffs and personnels of public sector universities of Pakistan. On the other hand, the secondary sources of data came from published articles from job satisfaction journals, employee motivation, management journals, theses as well as related investigations on staffs and personnel satisfaction and service provision. The quantitative approach focused on obtaining numerical findings was used with the survey method. The interview on the other hand, made up the qualitative approach of the study as this focused on personal accounts, observations, description and individual insights of the respondents. This study employed the combined approach so as to overcome the limitations of both approaches. In order to achieve the goal of this paper, the researcher has been able to use appropriate approach.
