SPRING & SUMMER 2013 SCHEDULES ARE NOW OPEN IN OZONE
Advance Registration Begins October 29 Senior Week Advising is required each semester for all Mewbourne College of Earth & Energy students, before registering for classes.

Sophomore 30 hours (Earned hours plus currently enrolled hours) Junior 60 hours (Earned hours plus currently enrolled hours) Senior 90 hours (Earned hours plus currently enrolled hours) Note: Enrollment is based on total hours, not where you are in your program. Procedures for NEW MCEE students:


MCEE requires all new students to be advised by MCEE Student Services academic advisors. This includes new from University College students, new transfer students, and students changing majors within OU. The MCEE advising dates are October 15 November 15, 2012 (Mondays through Thursdays only). For advising and enrollment in the Spring 2013 AND Summer 2013 semesters: Call MCEE Student Services at 325-4005 to set up an appointment. Review Degree Navigator, create a trial schedule, note Course Reference Numbers (CRNs).

Procedures for CONTINUING Geology and Geophysics students:


All documentation of advising will be noted on the Degree Navigator NOTES Section by your advisor. Degree Navigator is your degree audit. Review Degree Navigator, create a trial schedule, note Course Reference Numbers (CRNs). CPGG Advising will begin October 15, 2012. Contact CPGG at 325-3253 or SEC 710 for Advising Information, and to set up an appointment.

Procedures for CONTINUING Petroleum Engineering students:


All documentation of advising will be noted on the Degree Navigator NOTES Section by your advisor. Degree Navigator is your degree audit.

If you miss the advising session below, you will delay your advising and enrollment until January 2013.
Review Degree Navigator, create a trial schedule, note Course Reference Numbers (CRNs). Meet with faculty for advisement during an appropriate time scheduled below. Walk In. Students will sign in and be seen first come first served.
