Loyalty programs measure and track the loyalty of those groups, diagnose the root causes of defection among them, and develop ways not only to boost their allegiance but turn them into advocates for the company. Loyalty Management quantifiably links financial results to changes in retention rates, maintaining that even small shifts in retention can yield significant changes in company profit performance and growth. My Role: I was part of teams that worked on different components of Loyalty software e.g. Loyalty Program, Membership, Member, Vouchers. My Role: As a developer I was required to understand the SRS from functional point of view and design , develop and integrate the voucher functionality into Marketing and Loyalty applications of SAP CRM. Team Size: 2 Duration: 4 Months Web Channel:User Management and Customer Profile: A Web channel application can help to turn the Internet into a profitable sales, marketing, and service channel for consumers and businesses. It should be intuitive and reliable, one that provides a single face to the organization. At the same time it should seamlessly tie the Web processes and information into direct and indirect customer processes so that it can optimize the business across all channels. To reduce the amount of information web channel customers are required to enter during the checkout process, customers are allowed to save personal information - such as payment and shipping address - in their customer profile. During the checkout process, customers with saved payment method(s)/data or shipping address, have the option to select the saved data and hence don't have to enter any additional data. This feature makes it easier (and faster) for customers to get through the checkout process. My Role : I am involved in the Customer Profile development which includes maintaining multiple addresses for a user with ERP or CRM as the backend .
