OVERVIEW To create awareness of the products (Cold Rolled Sheet Piles & Hot Rolled Sheet Piles) and their applications on: Water Front Structure Power Plant Bridge Construction River Canalization Basement Construction Excavation and Trenches Retaining Wall Design Method & Principal Sheet Piling Solutions, Cantilever & Supported with Struts or Anchors Design and Practical Consideration in Critical Retaining Structures Proper Execution of Retaining Wall Construction with Sheet Piling Installation Method, Equipment & Tolerances SPEAKER Phang Kam Soon graduated with Civil Engineering honour degree from University of Malaya Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He then was a practicing geotechnical & highway engineer Geotechnical Environmental Associates Consultant (M) Sdn Bhd). After that he was a R&D & Design Engineer in Polyfelt (Asia) Geosynthetic for geotechnical work involving retaining wall and ground improvement . Currently he is Senior Manager in Oriental Sheet Piling, with support from Design Department & R&D Department from ArcelorMittal HQ in Luxembourg. Involve in latest state of art steel foundation design, application, standards, technical conformity and manufacturing.

Registration is on first-come-first-served basis. Registration fees must be submitted together with the registration form. All fees are payable in advance in Ringgit Malaysia either by crossed cheque to ACEM (Sarawak Branch) OR CASH. Fees will not be refunded for any cancellations. However, substitution of participants can be arranged by informing the ACEM Secretariat on week before the event commences. Last minute substitution must have provided by Authorised Letter from the company/participants. Teabreaks are provided and no lunch. REGISTRATION ON THE DAY OF SEMINAR WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
