BENETEX INDUSTRIES LTD Fabrics/Textiles

Our fabric mill is one of the finest in the region with a capacity of 20 ton/day. All the machineries are US and European made. We only use the best Dyes and chemicals resulting superb finished fabrics and end products. We have 25 Dyeing Machines, 4 Dryers, Slitting Machine, 3 open width compactor, tubetex tubular compactor, 2 heat setting machine. 4 Sample dyeing machine, 20 Dyeing machine, Squeezers, 3 Brushing machines. Our lab is equipped with all the required instrumentations. We have over 110 Knitting machines (US, European and Asian). We source our yarns locally and from around the world, Bangladesh being a textiles hub can easily source Supima, Slub, Modal, Organics, CVC, Poly cotton, acrylic viscose etc. Garment dyeing is also our specialty. The 3 Italian Brushing (raising machines) gives us the ability to make fleece fabric inhouse as well. We follow standard operation procedures to ensure quality and timeliness and we are constantly striving for excellence.

BENETEX FABRIC RANGE:

Single Jersey, Pique, 1/1, 2/1, 2/2 RIBS, Interlock, Pointals, Waffles, Plain & drop needles, French Terry, and all blended fabrics. We have six color auto stripe machines, Feeder stripes with 4 track structures. All kind of fabrics mentioned can be made in piece dyed and yarn dyed with full feeders with Lycra attachments with all the machines. Knitting from 7 inch tubular dia upto 64 open width we are able to fabricate as per our customers specifications.
