As we have read and continue to read more and more and understand that most of the citizenry either doesnt care or they just plain dont understand. They were given rights under the Bill of Rights to be Americans and not all the other socio-attachments that we find today. We have found that those who want power or who already sit in the position enjoy making the average person just plain miserable. Dumping tax after tax upon them and then not providing what they said they could provide. Think about this one: No Lifehow many out there truly enjoy their lives of toil each and everyday just to make a dollar to feed the family and keep a roof over the head? How many have to let medicines go so they can eat? That will make sure that if they are ill, then they will not be here long. How many really enjoy having people around them that continually tell them that they are just a class below them? They forgot that the Lord said we are all created equal. Do you continually like to hear how their family member did this or that when they actually care only for themselves. No Libertyhow many feel that they are in a position where they have no freedom to decide anything anymore? Do the masses enjoy being told how to live, breath, eat, going to get on an airplane and the list goes on and on. If they enjoy this type of life then they have submitted themselves to disaster. A nation of people with no liberty cannot stand. We are very close to what we called the evil empire 30 years ago. Look at the cameras as you travel the roads, the cameras as you walk the sidewalks, the news media that tells only what is allowed by a propaganda machine that has no equal. We at one time could go many places without showing identification. It is very close to the time that we will have to have the chip inserted so the powers that be will know where this number is at anytime. The only truly free liberty that one has left is the time we can speak with God. The Lord said this day would come No Happinesshow many can truly have the means to pursue their happiness without having to pay for years to come? It is sad to look around and see so many unhappy people in our nation today. The government says the unemployment rate has dropped, everything looks good on paper doesnt it. We live in a paper nation that will one day implode because the people cannot live in true freedom and have the happiness they want to pursue. It doesnt matter whether you are rich or poor if you are not happy then your life is miserable. Then with no happiness there is no liberty or life. Many today see our rights given to us under the Bill of Rights as a privilege that is only worth as much as the person who it is granted to. If you dont have the rights, then you have no privileges. Stand up and truly take a good look around and you may not like what you find. Until we put the Lord thy God back into our schools and other institutions then our society will continue to falter and dont you all think it is time to truly put this nation back on some type of stable foundation. If you dont, then welcome to the old U.S.S.R. where you will be told when to go to the bathroom, how much to eat, when to sleep, when to rise and you will not be allowed to worship God anymore. Its your choice.

Libya
By Christi Conner Tate
It is the incompetency of the Obama administration that has been exposed by the Benghazi ever-changing timeline. A navy seal said it best from an operators standpoint, "This level of miscommunication would be a problem for management of a fast food restaurant" and called for the resignation of people who apparently are not equipped to make good decisions under duress. "If they cannot do this we need to find people who can." BUT: Republicans calling for Ms. Rice to resign is over the top. It is dumb. It tells the sad tale that the Republicans are missing the point just as deftly as the Democrats are. I do not hear from Romney on this and we need to. And if you are undecided, you need to pay attention. Nothing else matters if we are not safe. End of story. We are not safe. A government who will not tell us straight is a bad government and is eventually capable of telling whoppers only reserved for tyrants. Rice was given a briefing by someone who outranks her and she obviously believed that what she was saying was true. So, attacking her hoping that her bosses will be honorable and fess up is chasing windmills.

First this administration threw two Navy Seals under the bus by lying that the SEALS were personal body guards of Chris Stevens who was left alone. Tossing of courage and bravery as exhibited by these patriots is a sign of bad leadership and immeasurable incompetence and abuse of discretion. This lie was tossed off the hip without any consideration, low IQ reasoning and no recognition of the extreme courage and valour of operators who were already cleaning up the mess from failed Obama policy in Libya. Second, they sent this woman, Rice, who is accomplished and hardworking by all accounts, out on the network television stump, virtually as an extension of the campaign, so she would look the American people in the eye and say earnestly this was the work of protestors out of control. Why? If we haven't figured out that AQ attacking on our soil is bad ju-ju, the President did. He understands that we are not safe and its implications on the election. What the administration knew and we should know if we bothered to take our heads out of our rears and recognize, is that the perpetrators of this attack, were AQ operators and our allies in throwing Muammar out of power in the revolution. Although the Democrats have apologized for our history of sometimes choosing tyrants over AQ and Islam extremists as rulers over countries in the middle east, now the Dems understand why the Hobson's choice was made often in favor of the Muammar's and Mubaraks of the world : The tenuous peace kept by Egypt is gone with the Mubarak regime. The laws of unintended consequences are in play, proving one crucial point: Islam by and large wants Sharia law across the world. There is no accommodation for people who believe differently, they must die, according to Islam. AQ can never be our allies no matter how lofty the goal or how hard we want to squint at these militants to wish them capable of choosing the more peaceful side of Islam and tolerance for Christians and Jews over their hatred of all that is the west. American-Style peace and democracy cannot be down-loaded using our present counter insurgency model or the model of cut-and-run apologetic head-up-our-rear diplomacy. I will say, it is good we got that over with. I am glad we can now get over our insecurity over the myth that failing to help the Mid. East achieve democracy was our fault and our problems were based in our hypocrisy. Time to move on. Back to being the mightiest most feared nation in the world because the world depends on it.

Twenty-three million Americans are struggling for work, and nearly one in six Americans is living in poverty. And still, President Obama and his liberal allies are asking for another chance to get it right. Our country can't afford to give it to them. Paul Ryan and I, along with Republicans across the country, are doing everything we can to protect America's future and undo the damage of the last four years. And so are our supporters. They've joined our cause and transformed this campaign into a nationwide movement. They've knocked on over 5 million doors and made over 30 million volunteer voter contacts. That's 15 times more doors and 5 times more phone calls than at this same time in 2008 -and that's incredible. And even in these bleak economic times, our supporters are contributing out of their own pockets. In fact, 93% of all the donations received have been $250 or less. We couldn't have gotten this far without that kind of commitment and support -- and because of it, we're on our way to winning this thing. With just 31 days left until November 6, sustained nationwide support for our cause is critical. We need to win, we want to win -- and with your help we will. Whether were talking about jobs, health care, debt, taxes, or foreign policy, the choice this election is clear. Barack Obama and his liberal allies dont have a record to run on, or a plan for the future. Paul Ryan and I do, and with the help of Republicans up and down the ballot, America will have the real recovery it deserves.

In recent years, the Georgia Supreme Court has had an anti-business slant, especially against insurers selling policies in Georgia. The decided anti-insurer slant has been even more pronounced of late, creating laws that previously did not exist, and adopting positions (in some situations) imposed by no other state in the country, There were hopes that as Republican governors Sonny Perdue and Nathan Deal made appointments, the slant would be tempered, if not redirected. Yet, as this transition is still in progress, the Court has done some serious damage. Four cases, just in the last 18 months, make the point. In 2011, inSapp v. Canal Ins. Co., 288 Ga. 681, 706 S.E.2d 644 (2011), the Supreme Court extended claimants ability to file direct action lawsuits against other parties insurers. To do so, the Supreme Court in Sapp held that if a company fits the definition of a motor carrier of property under Georgia law the Georgia Motor Carrier Act applies and any other provisions in the parties contract are simply void and of no effect. This ignore the contract approach has become quite a benchmark for the court. In American Empire Surplus Lines Ins. Co. v. Hathaway Development Co., Inc., 288 Ga. 749, 707 S.E.2d 369 (2011)the Supreme Court extended coverage for the defective work done by subcontractors, even if the subcontractors faulty work was performed intentionally. Rather than be in the minority, Justice Harold Melton (a Perdue appointee) in his Dissent supported the nationwide majority of states, refusing to find that the insureds intentional actions constituted an accident (noting that [h]ere, the plumber did not conduct his work by accident. His work was done intentionally.) 2012 has been worse. In McReynolds v. Krebs, 290 Ga. 850, 725 S.E.2d 584 (2012),the defendant received a time-limited demand from a claimant for the insureds policy limits. The insurer accepted, but added the comment, Please call me to discuss how the lien ... will be resolved. But the claimant did not call, and instead asserted bad faith refusal to settle. The Supreme Court allowed the tactic, ruling that the insurers response to claimants settlement demand was a counteroffer rather than an unconditional and unequivocal acceptance. Again, in a Dissent, Justice Melton disagreed. In Royal Capital Development v. Maryland Casualty Company, No. S12Q0209, 2012 WL 1909842 (May 29, 2012),a federal district court ruled that an insurance contract did not cover diminution in value, in addition to repair costs, under the plain wording of the contract. The Georgia Supreme Court disagreed. Instead, under Georgia law, by judicial fiat, all policies would just cover such claims because the court said so. No one doubts that the Royal Capital ruling will undoubtedly have significant effects on the price of real property insurance. Georgia was already in a small minority of states requiring post-repair diminution in value coverage under automobile policies; this ruling makes Georgia even more out of step with the rest of the nation as it is the only state to provide court imposed coverage for real property. But, the story does not end there. In Hoover v. Maxum Indem. Co., 2012 WL 2217040 (June 18, 2012),the Georgia Supreme Court by a 4-3 margin made Georgia the only state in the country where an insurer cannot deny a claim on one ground and reserve its rights on other grounds. Justice Melton made clear just how far the court went with this dissent:
It must also be emphasized that the practical effects of the majoritys holding will be as far-reaching as they are negative. Based on the majoritys new rule of law, insurers . . . .must [act] blindly, in the absence of necessary information and the discovery later litigation might provide. This result helps neither the insurance company, which must scramble to come up with all possible defenses in

good faith, nor the insured, who will have no good context of where he or she stands in the face of a laundry list of defenses. . . . This will only serve to further clog trial courts. Simply put, no good will come from the majoritys unprecedented new rule of law.
So, who pays for all of this? Unfortunately, Georgia policyholders individuals and businesses - will.

yesterday their "Household Jobless" numbers that is nothing more than a survey, claiming that more Americans are now employed than could possibly be a fact. Just forget for a moment that two of the leading economists for the Bureau of Labor Statistics happen to be big Obama contributors. Friends, it has never been more important to keep educating the voters of our great nation on the facts behind the headlines. The "U6" number (the real unemployment number hidden by this Administration) places the unemployment and under employment number at more than 14%! This coincides with the 35,000+ loss of manufacturing jobs in September and tells the real story behind the left wing media's drooling over this false report. We have to keep fighting for the truth. ~ Tea Party.net
Government Schools
Government Schools: "Everybody is equal, rich or poor, whether they work or not and we need to share everything equally with everybody". They had parents night at school the other night. Since my daughter has 2 kids, my wife went along to help out. In my grand-daughters FIRST GRADE CLASS, they bragged how they were studying "government" The teacher asked the kids to tell the parents what they have learned about government. Here it is: Everybody is equal, rich or poor, whether they work or not and we need to share everything

equally with everybody". Damn near had to call paramedics for my wife! WHAT CRAP, AND OUR TAX DOLLARS ARE PAYING FOR IT!. ~ Bob Cash "Everybody is equal, rich or poor, whether they work or not and we need to share everything equally with everybody" if you are trying to form a Socialist Government. I own High Point Christian Academy in Stockbridge. We are an accredited K-12 school. All of our teachers are degreed and many including myself are certified by the State of Georgia but we do not think like them. You have a choice. I can make it affordable. No, not a commercial--a sincere effort to do my part. ~ Larry McNorton
Sam Olens orders local school boards to stay out of charter school fight
Jim Galloway wrote in Political Insider:
Attorney General Sam Olens this afternoon sent a letter to state School Superintendent John Barge, in which Olens ordered all local school boards to shut down any opposition to the proposed state constitutional amendment on charter schools that involves official time or taxpayer funds. Olens ruling applies to school boards that endorse the measure as well. But by and large, local boards of education, particularly in rural Georgia, have been firmly against the November ballot measure. Many have passed resolutions condemning it.
