ISSUE CONCERNING:
THE UNITED NATIONS EDUCATIONAL, SCIENTIFIC AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATION, Takes note of that in previous UNESCO general conferences this was an issue and the fact that still is lures us to the assumption that the problem is yet to be resolved, Reaffirms the 18th UNESCO General Conference recommendations concerning international education with special consideration towards multilingual education, Draws the attention to the fact that the world is currently in an educational crisis concerning multilingual education since even basic education isnt completely present in LEDCs (Less Economically Developed Countries) and also even if it is, the quality of that is not sufficient enough, Emphasizes the need to invest in multilingual education due to the fact that the aforementioned investment would be directly into our future which is in every way would be profitable and beneficial, Reminds all nations that this issue is exceedingly worse in LEDCs than in the more developed ones thus needing the concentration of support in the areas truly in need,

Calls upon all nations to realise that this problem cannot be overlooked anymore and it also needs to be acted upon as quickly as possible for the following reasons such as but not limited to: a. If letting the problem remain further without any ease it can result in: i. Both intra- and international conflicts,

Emphasizes the need to first concentrate the efforts in LEDCs since this
issue is more stifling there of course leaving the window open for further extensions to other regions of the world;

Further calls upon all nations not only to support this cause by complying
with the aforementioned clauses but also via raising awareness in their own countries resulting this problem to become more well-known and thus popularly and also generally supported; 5. Recognizes that if the issue would be properly solved it not only would
cause increased satisfaction amongst the general populace but also it would improve the economy, international relations and set a true successful example for the future; 6. Decides to remain actively seized of the matter.
