Dear brothers and sisters, Last February 2012, 6500 SFC members all over the world "proclaimed the greatness of the Lord" (Luke 1:46) in Bohol, Philippines. Amongst them were 350 delegates from the Middle East, South East Asia, Europe, Oceania, Greater Mekong Area, and North America. It was indeed the biggest foreign delegation in SFC ICON history. As we enter another milestone and celebrate two decades of SFC, we invite you to experience God's greatness once again at our 20th SFC International Conference in Manila, Philippines on February 15-17, 2013. Our 20th ICON is entitled WITNESS, as inspired by our communitys theme for next year which is Obey and Witness! (Do whatever He tells you. John 2:5) To mark this momentous occasion, we will have weeklong activities starting February 11, 2013. In line with this, we present to you the 20th SFC ICON Packages for foreign delegates. We also included essential information that can help you prepare for this big event. We highly encourage and invite all SFC foreign countries to send their delegations and be part of this grand celebration. Deadline for foreign registration is January 11, 2013. See you in Manila!

ONLINE REGISTRATION GUIDELINES


Online registration will start on October 4, 2012, 12:01 AM and will end on January 11, 2013, 11:59 PM. There will be no more manual registration. REGISTRATION PROCESS: STEP 1: LOG-IN at www.cfchomeoffice.com. For you to log in, you must have your Member ID Number which you can get from the Infosystem. Contact your chapter servants to have access to the information.

STEP 2: SELECT EVENT From the list of different events, choose SFC INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE (ICON) 2013, and click REGISTER.

You will be led to the event page containing relevant details. Click Next.

STEP 3: SELECT PAYMENT OPTION You can either pay through cash, bank, or credit card. Read carefully the agreements in each option before you proceed.

STEP 4: REGISTER DELEGATES A: FOR SFC MEMBERS Register yourself or other delegates from your chapter by typing their name on the search field. Select the member you would like to register then click Add.

B. FOR NON-SFCs Pre-requisite: They have to be encoded in the Infosystem (Service: NONSFC, Status: NOT YET SFC). Contact your chapter servants to help you in the process.

STEP 5: REGISTER SUB-EVENT (OPTIONAL) Register in the Pre-ICON and other activities during the conference week or join a one-day tour in Corregidor. For the list of available packages, kindly refer to the details provided above. You can register for at most two packages. Please note that you cannot register for the Global Leaders Summit unless you have registered for the ICON. The Global Leaders Summit will also be held in Manila on February 18-19, 2013.

STEP 6: CHECKOUT Enter the delegation heads name, email, and contact numbers. Events Registration Summary is also shown in this page.

STEP 7: PROCESS PAYMENT You will be able to review your total bill and your chosen payment option. Check on the box if you agree to the guidelines and the terms and conditions.

STEP 8: CONFIRM Your registration status will be shown. It can either be confirmed (for approved credit card transactions) or pending (cash and bank transactions). If your transaction has items that Finance cannot reconcile, they will INVALIDATE or RETURN the transaction so that you can register again. Please read the terms and conditions thoroughly before your registration. A TRANSACTION ID will be assigned for each transaction. Take note of this as it would be helpful in tracking the status of your transaction. An email notification regarding the status of your registration will be sent to you and the delegation head. You can use the email copy as reference and official proof of registration as long as the status is CONFIRMED.

ANNEX DETAILED PAYMENT GUIDELINES


CASH OPTION After going through the online registration: 1. Take note of the Transaction ID and the Amount. You and your delegation head will also receive a copy of this transaction. Go to the CFC Center (#156 20th Avenue, Cubao, Quezon City) from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Pay this transaction to the CFC Cashier within 2-3 working days. (Transactions not paid after 3 days will be cancelled. Once the transaction is cancelled, you have to register again.) The Cashier will then review payment and CONFIRM your transaction. An email notification will be sent to you and your delegation head. Change of names or cancellation of transaction is not allowed once the transaction has been confirmed. (See detailed guidelines.) Bring a PRINTED copy of your email confirmation as a proof of your registration during the event.

CREDIT CARD OPTION After going through the online registration, pay through CREDIT CARD: 1. 2. Use any MASTERCARD, VISA or JCB credit card. CFC Home Office website provides a secure server that handles confidential information such as credit card or payment information. This is encrypted using the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is the industry standard tool that encrypts information and keeps the data private and confidential between your machine and CFC. This technology makes it safe to transmit your credit card number over the Internet. A soon as your credit card payment is made successful, your transaction is also confirmed. UNSUCCESSFUL or REJECTED status will also be given to you if you didnt successfully enter your card details or if there is a problem in your issuing bank. Note that for credit card transactions, you will have to pay an additional 4% of the total amount plus P10 per transaction as a service charge. If you have any concern about your credit card payment, please email right away rpmt@sfcglobal.org or katedeiparine@sfcglobal.org. An email notification will be sent to you and your delegation head. Change of names or cancellation of transaction is not allowed once the transaction has been confirmed. See detailed guidelines. BANK OPTION After going through the online registration: 1. Take note of the TRANSACTION ID and the amount. You and your delegation head will also receive a copy of this transaction. Deposit your payment to the nearest BPI. Savings Acct No: 3103 3205 76 Account Name: Couples for Christ Global Mission Foundation Inc. Deposit the full amount as reflected in the transaction within 2-3 working days upon registration. Your registration will automatically cancel after 3 days (72 hours) from the time you registered online. 3. 4. After deposit, log in back to www.cfchomeoffice.com Go to TRANSACTION History (View Registration History) and click your TRANSACTION ID.

5. Enter Deposit details (DATE, TIME, REF NUMBER, BANK BRANCH, AMOUNT) by clicking + Add Bank Payment.

BPI REFERENCE NUMBER: Located at Upper Right Side of Deposit Slip. (AlphaNumeric Code) Finance will review the payment and do confirmation. An email notification will be sent to you and your delegation head. Change of names or cancellation of transaction is not allowed once the transaction has been confirmed. (See detailed guidelines.)

For transactions that are pending for more than 2 weeks, please call CFC Finance c/o Joey at 709-4868 loc 33. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Cancellation, Change of Name, or Refund of Transaction 1. Change of names or cancellation of transactions is NOT ALLOWED once the transaction has been confirmed.

2. Deposit same amount in the BANK as what is reflected in the total amount in your transaction. Staggered deposits for one transaction are not allowed. Your Transaction will either be INVALIDATED or RETURNED by Finance. A transaction that has been INVALIDATED is not guaranteed to avail the same rates offered of the date in your last transaction. Example, if the transaction was made during the promo period and your transaction was INVALIDATED after the promo period, you will have to register again but with the current Registration Fee that is available on that period of your second registration. Refund is applicable only in the following transactions: a. If your registration has been RETURNED after the last registration deadline. Therefore you cannot register again for the event even if you fix your transaction and payment. If your registration has been PENDING 14 working days after the last registration deadline. Therefore you will not have a CONFIRMED status on the day if the EVENT. If your transaction has been accidentally deleted by the Secretariat/Finance/Admin and therefore you were not able to officially register to the event. Unless you were informed before the deadline and you were able to make a new registration transaction like the deleted transaction. Notice for REFUND should be made in the next 30 days after the registration deadline. Just email the SECRETARIAT of the EVENT and give your BANK details. Wait for another 30 days to process your refund. Other than the above cases, REFUND is not applicable.

BANK Confirmation will take 14 working days from the day you entered your deposit details in the CFC Home Office Online. This may extend to 19 working days during peak season (deadline and end of the month). a. To be able to facilitate your TRANSACTION better make sure you do the ff: i. Deposit the exact amount as reflected in the Transaction. Not lower, not staggered, not higher. ii. Write in the TIME of DEPOSIT the exact time in seconds as reflected in your deposit slip. During peak season, there are many deposits at the same time and some of the same amount. An exact deposit time will facilitate faster approval of your transaction. iii. Write in the Notes field some items or explanation you would want Finance to know about your transaction. iv. If your transaction has been pending for more than 19 working days, please call immediately CFC Finance c/o Joey at 709-4868 loc 33.
