Office automation
Office automation ensures that all employees work with the same templates. This guarantees the sustainable enforcement of the corporate design across all Office documents (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Areas such as design, template or content management are standardized companywide, uniform and efficient where processes are developed for all employees.

Automation approach
Master templates
Traditional approach. With Microsoft Office static templates can be produced by creating them individually beforehand. With a high initial work effort, templates have thus to be created for each language, branch office, department, and for all employees. Changes can only be made selectively. The creation of specific templates is therefore often left to the individual employees, which involves the risk that unwanted changes are made. There is no control and therefore no worldwide consistency.
Automation approach. With Office tools dynamic templates can be created in the form of master templates. After the first registration, they automatically adjust themselves to the different languages, subsidiaries, departments, and employees. All the specific requirements incl. language changes can thus be covered with only one master template. The duplication of templates is no longer needed; the management of the templates is limited exclusively to a small number of masters. Changes are immediately effective in all relevant places. For the integration of address details of a new subsidiary or representative, in all correspondence only requires one additional entry in the database.
