INTRODUCTION
This Study was conducted to give the report regarding the functioning of an Aluminium and Glazing Factory. Being discovered in 1827 the world has accepted aluminium metal which allows high strength to wealth ratio. The innovative technologies and quality made aluminium metal as a most convenient all over the world. In the modern era, all types of buildings are designed with heat resistance and the aluminium systems have a dynamic role in this concern. As the world going towards the green buildings, the aluminium metal have an major role to play.

The main objective of this report is to give a clear picture to run a small type of aluminium & glazing factory with low investment, less manpower and with standard machineries. This study indicates that how to run a business with maximum out and minimum resources.
