Union States Agreement

To Whom it may Concern:


When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. -- That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, -- That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Whereas the We, the People of the united States of America hereby give notice that we have formed together in union to Notice the world of our return to Original Jurisdiction and the reassembly of the American Nation, and Whereas it is our intention to coexist peacefully with all other Nations of the world, Therefore this shall serve as notice to all people and Nations of the world that "We THE People" of the United States of America claim and re-establish our Natural Rights and Freedoms. We hereby acknowledge, accept, and adopt the Declaration of Independence 4 July 1776, and the Articles of Confederation, ratified November 15, 1777, and in force March 1, 1781, specifically calling attention to; Article II. Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this confederation expressly delegated to the United States in Congress assembled. The adherence to our founding documents is the basis of this effort by "We THE People" to claim our rightful place. The People of this Indiana assembly agree to join in Union with other states to support one another in the development of our relationships in harmony with the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God. These Laws include our unalienable natural rights to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We THE People are claiming all the rights bestowed upon us. The Union States Representatives for the united States of America, assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by the authority of the good people of these Union States, solemnly publish and declare, that these states in union are, and of right ought to be free and independent states; that they are absolved from all allegiance and political connection to the corporation known as THE UNITED STATES and all subdivisions thereof, and all other such entities in the world.

As free and independent states, we have full power to keep the peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, protect our borders and inhabitants, and to do all other acts and things which independent states may of right do. We adhere to the laws of Natures God, which shall be a permanent law form. This is to certify that Sheriff Roy Robert Lamb has been authorized by unanimous vote to autograph this document on behalf of We, the People on the land called Indiana. I, Roy Robert Lamb, hereby affirm the support and allegiance of the People on the land called Indiana to this agreement and so attest by my autograph and seal.
