NOTICE

An open, lawful notice to all Mankind When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the
political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. -- That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, -- That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. -- Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

An open public assembly of sovereigns on the land called Indiana was held on December 11, 2011 for the purposes of declaring, on the record, their rejection of any and all assumptions, presumptions, contracts or association of any form with any government, organization or entity having policies or doctrines repugnant to our Natural rights, the Articles of Confederation agreed to by Congress November 15, 1777, ratified and in force March 1, 1781, and/or the Unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America in Congress, July 4, 1776 (Declaration of Independence), and to facilitate this lawful Notice to the world.

We hereby reject and make void, ab initio, any assumptions, presumptions, adhesion contracts, or any other deceptive schemes allegedly imposing any obligation upon We, the People to any of said governments, organization, person, or entity. In so ratifying and adopting said enclosed attachments, we, the sovereign People on the land called Indiana, hereby serve lawful Notice upon the world, through any and/or all available media applied and freely dispersed establishing the fact that we have diligently and with good faith, rejected and made void any and all forms of enslavement or schemes repugnant to our Natural rights bestowed upon us by our Creator. We do not wish, nor do we intend to join any affiliations with IMF, World Banks, United Nations, Federal Reserve or any other entities. We are not affiliated with any other organizations seemingly representing states. We revolt and are independent against all foreign alleged encumbrance/claims associated with the corporate United States and corporate States and other foreign corporations, and all assumptions, presumptions, and/or contracts alleged to hold private individual sentient, flesh and blood, living beings or their property as collateral through various clever schemes, including, but not limited to: fictional established NAMES, governmental trusts, religious trust, taxation, fees, permits, fines, ordinances, licensing, and all other implied or adhesion contracts without full disclosure and consent of each and every individual. We adhere to a Republican form of government using Natures Law which shall be a permanent law form. We adhere to the principle that the duty of the military is to protect the people against all infringements upon our rights, and all enemies, foreign and domestic. Our intentions are peaceful. We do all this in the name of peace and harmony with all People, all countries and all governments.
