Motivation to Joining the field:

When I was student of MBA the HR course seems to be interesting and I also impressed by my seniors and I thought that this course according to my personality, thats why I join this field.

How many Departments in your organization?

Our organization has all those departments which an organization need, such as Finance department Supply Chain department IT department Sales Department Production Department HR Department T & D Department HR department

Hiring Process:
If our organization has hiring need this need can be assessed by three ways, such as

If an employee retired, leave the organization or as you know our organization is growing very fast or if we find that our organization has need extra employees then we advertise recruitment add through news paper, social media and our organizations website. After advertisement 100s of application received by us. Then the people who fulfill our requirement we call them for interview after the interview process if that employee is according to our criteria we select them for the job.

Job design method:

To design a job we use hay method. This is an expensive method which is used almost allover the world. We use this method for job design job analysis and also for job evaluation. Challenges in recruitment process: The major issue in recruitment process is the high unemployment in Pakistan. For a job 100s of people applied for single job and selecting the single person from 100s of resumes is a challenging process.

Motivational tools:
We commonly use these motivational tools Salary packages Bonuses Extra pay in ramdan and eid-ul-azha Hajj packages every year for employees through lucky draw.

Work force diversity:

It may be beneficial for any organization or not. Beneficial in this way that in it people are of different mindset and every one try to do best for the organization or his own job.
