Letspretendthatyoutakein$200,000peryearasyoursalary,andthen,letspretendthat youareamiser,andyouchoosetoliveononly$20,000peryear.Duringthecourseofthe yearyouwindupspending$25,000,sofromtheperspectiveofyourbudget,youhavea $5,000budgetdeficittowhineabout. Justforgetaboutthe$175,000investedinSouthAfricangoldmines. Thatspreciselywhateveryunitofgovernment,fromthelocalSchoolBoardtoUNITED STATESOFAMERICA,hasbeendoingsince1946. TheGoldConfiscation

OneoftheveryfirstactsofthebanksactingasCreditorsinthe1933bankruptcywasto seizeallprivatelyheldAmericangold.Therearestillplentyofoldtimersaroundwhocan rememberthepublicannouncementsandtheIRSagentscomingaround,collecting weddingringsandamuletsandcoins.FranklinDelanoRooseveltissuedfourExecutive Ordersdeclaringgoldhoardingtobeacrimeatafelonylevel.(SeeExecutiveOrders 6073,6102,6111and6260).Nevermindthatheandhisbankercronieswereobviouslyin thebusinessofhoardinggoldthemselves. Theideawasandis,tograballthegoldandstockpileit,createafiatmoneysystem,use thatasameanstoestablishbogusdebtsagainsttheAmericanPeople,thenwhenthefiat moneysystemhasdoneitsjob,collapseitandreintroducegoldbasedmoneyagain.The Peoplearedumbenoughtofallforit. Tobefair,thecorporategovernmentdidntkeepthatgold.TheSecretaryoftheTreasury (ofPuertoRico)shippeditallofftotheCreditors,theforeign,privatelyownedbanks. Therewasjustonelittleproblem. Thecorporationposingasourlegitimategovernmentcouldntexplainawaysuchobvious theftofprivatepropertyveryeasily.Thatwouldhaveinvolvedadmittingthewhole bankruptcyscam. Tokeepalidontheirnefariousactivitiesandexpeditetheconversionofthemonetary systemtosomethingbackedonlybypaperandpromises,CongressofferedtheAccepted forValueprogram,tomakethingsuptothoseconstituentswhohadlostenoughgold andhadenoughsavvytocausetrouble. Thetrustandtransmittingutilitythatwascreatedusingyournameiscalledyour Strawmantrust.Notonlydoesthiscorporatepersonaownallyourassetsandoweall yourdebts,itclaimsallthemoneyowedtoyoubytheUSTreasuryasadirectresultofthe goldconfiscatedfromyourgrandmothersandgrandfathers. CorporatealteregosrepresentingalltheLivingPersonsborninthe50Stateshavebeen createdonpaperanddefinedinvariousways USvesselsandtrustsand transmittingutilities,etc., andtheselegalfictionshavebeengrantedUScitizenshipinPuertoRico,but Americans,actualLivingPersonsinhabitingoneofthe50StatesUnited,havebeen virtuallystatelessforalmosteightdecades. In2009,representativesfromeveryStateoftheUnionmetasaCongress,andestablished newdejureStatesbyreinhabitingthenationalgovernmentthatwasadjournedsinediein 1861.ThismovebytheAmericanshasbeenvariouslyapplaudedandderided,butdespite thecatcallsfromtheToriesinthebackrow,ithassoundlegalbasisandthereisnobody standingaroundwithabetterclaimtoequitabletitle.AlaskaconveneditsfirstdejureState governmenteverin2009. TheConstitutionandtheCommonLawarestillineffectforLivingPersons,ifthereareany legallydefinedLivingPersonsleftinNorthAmerica.TheresuscitationoftheRepublicfor theunitedStatesofAmericaintheeleventhhourhasleftagreatmanystolidmembersof theworldcommunitysputteringandtakingsides.49 ThecurrentAmericangovernmentisalmostuniversallydespised,bothathomeand abroad.EventheVaticanandtheBritishMonarchy,theentitiesmostresponsibleforDCs presentconfiguration,aredisgustedbythevulgarity,criminality,andviolenceofthe AmericanTrustees. Firstandforemost,theVaticancouldmakeahugeprofitfromreturningtheEuropean, American,andCommonwealtheconomiestothegoldstandard. TheRepublicwouldbeenteringthestagewiththe1861versionoftheorganic ConstitutionfortheunitedStatesofAmericainhand,whichguaranteesthatthe AmericanswouldbeusingthegoldandsilverstandardfavoredbytheVatican. ItalsomeansthattheoriginalTrojanHorse,the ElectoralCollege,wouldremainintact,allowingtheVaticanandtheBritishMonarchsto continuetheirpickingandchoosingamongcandidatesforPresident. TheFourteenthAmendment
Thereismuchdiscussionaboutwhatthe14thAmendmentdidanddidntaccomplish,much ofitmistakenbecausepeoplefailtorecognizethedifferencesbetweentheArticlesof ConfederationandtheConstitutionforthe unitedStatesofAmericaandthecorporateConstitutionoftheUnitedStatesof America. Theorganic(first)Constitutionestablishedatrust,whichisclearlystatedinthePreamble. TheAmericansactingthen(thedonors)bequeathedtotheirposterity(thebeneficiaries) therights,liberties,andfreedoms(materialpropertyintereststhecorpusofthetrust) theyhadwon.TheythensetuptheTrustees,electedandappointedOffices,inhabiting threebranchesofgovernment. AlatergenerationofCongress(1948)signedontotheUnitedNationsUniversalRight ofSelfDeclaration(Determination),whichtheypromptlymadeuseoftoagain escapethecalamitytheyhavebroughtuponotherAmericans.54 WithoutcommentonthevenalmotivesbehindthepassageoftheExpatriationActandthe adoptionoftheUniversalRightofSelfDeclaration,thesetwoexitsonenational,one internationalhadtobecreatedandmaintainedbytheperpetratorstoallowtheirown escape. The14thAmendmentrepresentsthegrossestsingleBreachofTrusteverrecordedandthe historicalrecordclearlyshowsthatitwasneverratifiedaccordingtotherequirementsof theorganicConstitution. Thefederalgovernmentwasalreadyfunctioningasacorporationbythattime,in1868.As acorporateBoardofDirectors,Congressnolongerfelttheneedtoplaybytherules establishedbytheConstitution.Thatquaintoldfashioneddocumentrestrainedadifferent entity,literally,adifferentgovernment.Theperpetratorssimplyrubberstampedthe ratificationofthe14thAmendmentandthe16thAmendment,too,andcontinuedontheir hellbentrisetopower. Embracedasanobleefforttoendstatebasedandregionaldifferences,the14th Amendmenthasledovertimetotheestablishmentofadespoticfederalregimeandhas enabledthegrossnationallevelfraudsthatwearedealingwithtoday.Itgaveuscivil rightsandtookawaytheNaturalandUnalienablerightsthatareourbirthright.Itgave uswelfareviathePublicCharitableTrust,andtookawayourrighttoenjoythefruitsofour ownlabor.
