RESOLUTION NO. 02, SERIES OF 2012

A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF THIRTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP13,000.00) FROM THE TEACHER EDUCATION FUND TO FINANCE THE EXPENSES OF THE TEACHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT FOR THE FORTHCOMING NLPSC SPORT FESTIVAL WHEREAS, the Teacher Education Department Organization is a student organization known for providing avenues for the development of the students talents and skills; WHEREAS, the Teacher Education Department must take part on the forthcoming Intramurals 2012 on September 5-8,2012, for such activities are aimed to establish camaraderie and sportsmanship among the students not only within the department but also with others; WHEREAS, the participation of the Department will showcase students prowess in sports activities; WHEREAS, the Teacher Education Department Organization has an allocated funds of Php13,000.00 as per entry in the Action Plan of the organization for the S.Y. 2012-2013;and WHEREFORE, on motion of Mr. Haduca duly seconded by the body, be it RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED to allocate the amount of Php13,000.00 from the Teacher Education Fund to finance the expenses of the Teacher Education Department on the forthcoming NLPSC Intramurals 2012; RESOLVED FINALLY that copies of this resolution be included as a supporting document to back up the immediate release of funds; UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 30th day of August, 2012 at North Luzon Philippines State College, Candon City, Ilocos Sur, Philippines.
