PINEARQ, S.L.P. is one of the most important architectural studios in Spain, dedicated since 1997 to design and high tech quality of Healthcare and Research for numerous international projects, as well as and moreover in other fields of architecture in Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy , Portugal, Qatar, Nicaragua, Panama, Guatemala, among others. PINEARQ S.L.P. was created with the intention of provide a multidisciplinary service that is part of the process of creating and building development as well as the necessary organizational consolidation, providing large flexibility and adaptation to give response to the different and complex project needs. Pinearq World Wide (PWW) is the division in sports, environment and sustainable fields specialized in functional and detailed design criteria essential for the development of any activity. Aware of the importance these buildings have as urban interventions, as revitalizing cities and creating spaces for cultural and social encounters, PWW Arena offers a global and specific solution, prioritizing the singularity of the building and its contribution to the community. PWW obtains results that go beyond sports facilities with an additional value, which create environments capable of bringing out the emotions and energy offering comfort for the individual and collective fusion.

Futsal City / Foundation City is a project to develop, mainly the Futsal in different countries in cooperation with FIFA and its other confederations. The goal is the social promotion of Sport in general, and Futsal in particular. The mission is to help to all the communities of the countries that havent got the basic facilities in three of the most important keys in the integral development of a society: the sport, the education and the health. Futsal City / Foundation City is the proposal to solve this problem, combining in one project the three disciplines. The Futsal City / Foundation City has the following goals: - The use of sport in general, and futsal particulary, as the backbone - The promotion of education and positive values of sport - Children and adolescents as beneficiaries objectives - Improved hygiene and child health The Futsal City / Foundation City proposes an action aimed program transmitting positive values to children and adolescents, with the sport, including futsal, to promote health and adequate growth.

City Foundations proposal is presented as an exercise need to implement a complex training and skills development sports in general and futsal in particular, adaptable in surface area and program as well as building in stages. We have chosen for its organization, based on our experience, a number of basic elements to include, which should be adapted on the surface and the program needs for each promoter when designing the final project: Reception Building, Administration and Press Rooms. Training School. Skills Development Center. Primary Health Care Center. Changing rooms and practice courts: 4 dressing rooms per court and possibility of fixed stands with 300 seats each. Sports center: With the features of PWW Arena 500 (up to 3 court and cross-layer capacity for 500 seats). Residence and center of social activity: Seating for up to 100 inmates. Outdoor parking surface: With capacity for 200 cars plus 90 cars grouped in scattered areas of the complex. The activities are divided into three basic areas, linked by a main shaft that communicates with the main entrance and provides an area of about 56,400 m2 of implementation. Thus, distributed access areas and theoretical formation (Reception, Administration, and School Devellopment Center) in the main building, which was established as an image and landmark of the complex practice area, comprising the outdoor courts, stands and dressing rooms, and finally the domestic area, which includes the areas of residence and sports arena. This subdivision is made as an essential differentiator, beacause the global operation is complex and interrelate all services according to the management system which will be applied.
