Stick to a basic 442,put Williams capt, Ramsey not captain material.

Church no where international class, what is his position? I thought he was a forward for reading not a left winger. Play players in their right position for a start, be a bit more streetwise dont give stupid free kicks away at edge of box, stand up dont jump into tackles. stand. all basics a 20 grand a week footballer should know already.

Coleman needs to work with his coaches and the players to devise an effective system for the players that locks the door at the back, but also maximises our goal scoring potential. A proper defensive midfielder or 2 would be a start, so that the creative midfielders can play. So play 4-2-3-1, with Bale bombing forward to create and support the striker. Playing in three lines i.e. 4-4-2 is so 20th century.

Believe. Select players in the positions that they play for in the league. Get Bellamy's head sorted

More central defenders, a defensive midfield player or two, better strikers.

A real coach is needed Gary Speed was one

Get off Colemans back, the players need to look at themselves and start to play for the badge with some pride again

Change the support staff of Coleman's to better qualified personnel not his friends!!

Change the support staff of Coleman's to better qualified personnel not his friends!!

Try and play a bit 'the Swansea way'

New management team.

By making us a strong defensive unit and a hard team to beat. If we can keep it disciplined and tight at the back, we can hit opposition on the counter-attack as we have players who can make things happen up top in Gareth Bale and Craig Bellamy. If you also add Aaron Ramsey and Joe Allen who have the ability to pick out a pass, other teams would find us a dangerous proposition! The fans also need to play their part too, a full-capacity CCS with 27,000 Welshmen singing and chanting on maximum volume, teams wont like playing here either! We need to make home games our own and turn the stadium into a cauldron.

Get rid of Chris Coleman! The man hasn't a clue! Tony Pulis and Brian Flynn to take charge!

Coleman out, clearly the fans never wanted him, and the players don't play for him. Stop picking Gunter and bring in Ricketts. Ask Mr Redknapp to take over and bring back Bryan Flynn at u21's

Bring in a good coach and manager with International experience for both U21 and senior levels.

New manager, Harry Redknapp

Establish a playing style through the age groups. Bring back Dutch Ray to oversee and then appoint a quality coach with international experience

This is a good squad playing badly. They are clearly confused and dispirited by the current manager. Need simple tactics and motivation. Bellamy?

A major overhaul at the top level with young enthusiastic people on the board with fresh up to date ideas on how the FAW should be run and how to get the fans back through the turnstiles. Ideas like free kids tickets back in the millennium stadium will fill the ground and bring a better atmosphere which

will in turn spur the players on to higher levels. a change of manager at first team and under 21 level Chris Colemans training routines and tactics dont work in international football which has been proven over the last 5 games , we need a strong young manager with fresh ideas which the young players in our squad are used to training with not making them go back 10 years and having them struggle to adjust . how Geraint Williams was ever qualified to run our under 21s which is a position possibly more important than our first team in many ways as it holds the keys to the future of the welsh first team ill never know ! i noticed as well that both teams play different systems ? how is that going to help the youngsters when they step up to the first team and they have to learn a new style and system again ? choose a system i believe wales best system is there passing game with a 433 which makes the other teams chase them instead of inviting them to attack and hope to counter ! then insert that system right the way through the age groups from -14 to first team and make them train using the same methods , teach them to keep the ball and use it not hoof it up the pitch , results will come with time once the whole set up works as one big machine not loads of little teams trying to fit together !

Grass roots coaching needs to be addressed.

Get someone to build from scratch, like a guys hiddink foe example. doesnt have to be Welsh!

Get a top class manager just like the rep of Ireland.

Re-organise a.s.a.p. with someone proven at this level in charge.

Establish a style of play through all the age groups. Preferably a possesion based game. Employ a well qualified coach (not a hoof ball premier league manager). Flynn back in charge of u21's

Get Dutch ray back into the set up somehow.

More pride in the welsh jersey. Sing the anthem know your history from north to south

Dismiss Chris Coleman, swallow their pride and go back to Dutch Ray. It's still not too late to recreate the set up Gary Speed had in place, one that all involved, including the players, wanted to see continue unhindered. They won't of course. And it's them, the top grass at FAW, who ultimately they should carry the can for this shambles and for causing all the progress achieved under the Speed regime to come crashing down around our ears.

I think its time to start looking abroad. Fresh ideas and energy into what is clearly a troubled squad.

Give the job to Ryan Giggs

Coleman was the wrong appointment, whilst he had a reasonable spell with Fulham, he has failed everywhere else since then. Do we really want to go and watch another qualifying (!) campaign that's over before it even starts? Things were on the up under Gary Speed and there was widespread optimism, that's been extinguished. Coleman is just a watered down version of Toshack, but Coleman can't trot out the "I used to be Real Madrid manager, don't you know" card and looks desperately out of his depth. Speed who was similarly inexperienced, and dare I say it, probably not the best candidate for the job at the time, was very shrewd in his appointment of his back room team and got the players on-side instantly. This was in stark contrast to what Toshack had left behind and I fear a repeat under Coleman. Will our top players travel the length and breadth of Europe to play in meaningless fixtures, when they can nurse a 'muscle strain' with their clubs and have a week/ten days off? It's a tough decision for the FAW, Scotland are definately beatable and our 1st choice line-up is better than theirs on paper, but has Coleman lost their confidence already? Scotland are just a month away and are in something of crisis themselves (although I'd take their 2 points in a heartbeat), I think the question for the FAW is do we sack Coleman now or after the Croatia game? Why not act now and give ourselves a chance? The FAW's tag line has been "It's time to believe", they need to give us something to believe in! How can Welsh football improve going forward? Replace Coleman, even if it's with Brian Flynn as caretaker again, fill the stadium on October 12th and we can beat Scotland, maybe we could even pinch a point in Croatia! Only then we'll have a chance. But as things stand we'll have another half empty stadium and in all probability we'll be looking on to Euro 2016.

not getting a new manager right now, FAW are already doing the right things, what an absolute stupid survey this is.

Spend money on a tidy manager

Bring in proven (Non Welsh) international manager for emergency surgery and hopefully outside chance of qualifying. We have the players but they are not giving 100%, not playing together and being given an easy ride. A hard nosed manger ... kick up the arse ...simple game plan built around our key players (Collins, Allen, Ramsey, Bale, Bellamy)... it's our only hope.

Get rid of Coleman, Blake, Gunter, Mathews and Myhill

Sack Hartson

Get the Dutch coach in. The one who worked alongside Gary Speed. Coleman laks the charisma and motivational skills to succeed at any level. International management is unforgiving especially of novices.

Change the formation to 3-5-2, with bale and Matthews as wing backs

Park The Bus

. A new manager is a must if we are going to improve, the tactics and set up was all wrong last night. Ramsey must be dropped as captain if we are to have any chance. He simply isn't captain material.

Need to stick with Coleman I reckon, he needs to be given a decent chance to prove himself and it's still relatively early days yet. Players have been and are still probably going through a lot of emotions about Gary Speed's death, especially when they take to the field. Yes they are professional sportsmen, but they are human too.

1) Tell the footballers they are not running the show. 2) Bring back Flynn for the age teams. Why fix something which wasn't broke. 3) Get the turkeys at the FAW to vote for Xmas! 4) Coleman has got to be replaced

We need someone who has passion and charisma, who can inspire the players. We need someone like Gary Speed - please get a manager who can carry on Speed's legacy before it's too late. Funding is another issue - maybe the fact that Swansea City are in the PL will help in the long run and maybe give us Welsh internationals with experience in the top flight. Bale, Ramsey and Allen can't do it on their own - they need others around them.

Not sure we can. all British countries play a game 20 years behind a lot of other countries some of our players are at clubs that play a passing game and others play hoof ball and Coleman does not know which game plan he wants to use

Disband the FAW. Start again. Welsh football is about Wales not just Cardiff

Sack all of the welsh fa.sack coleman who should never have had the job in the first place.what were his qualifications, none. he thinks hes top class, but he is the only one.a sad time for welsh international football.

Appoint a proven manager

Relieve Ramsey of captaincy. Give it back to Williams. Midfield to be more attack minded. Get Bale off the touchline and give him a free role. Coleman needs to go - bring in Bryan Flynn. Ricketts back in. Church out or play to his strengths,

Speed lost his first few matches in charge of wales did even worse at shefield utd give coleman a chance and have alll the welsh players fitted with back bones sadly lacking

Sacking Coleman and his back room staff and get a foreign manager in

Search the planet for the best coach possible as done with the rugby get team motivated

bring back Garys support staff with Flynn

Someone who has won things and someone the players will respect.

A new manager

Knowledgeable coaching input from abroad; search for more Welsh qualified players;

Sack Coleman and Hartson etc and start again bring in a good respected manager

Bring back Speeds number two who did a great job, the players were familiar with a system of player, there were processes and practices and habits in place, then the idiots at welsh FA showed their incompetence and gave Coleman the mangers job despite his poor record as a manager, the only managers job he could get was in Greece , good player hopeless manager

Rubbish tactics, clueless manager, shameful players. It's hopeless, as players lack skill, intelligence and motivation. Fans more interested in Cardiff and Swansea.

Give him a chance

A new manager who is experienced and who can comunicate with players, but i think in the uk club football with its rewards has taken presidence over country.

Decent players & manager

Managerial experience, international experience! Lars Lagerback?

The Welsh FA should sack Coleman the Clown, go back to the Dutchman Verheijen and Osian Roberts nd beg them to come back to manage the team, Give Brian Flynn his job back, then sack themselves for making such a shambles of a good set-up following the passing of Speed.

Only some foreigner(German or Dutch) to come to be a menager with an attacking football philosophy.

Get behind the coach (look at the alternatives - there's no magician in the wings) and show pride. Use Swansea training methods. See if more Swans can be Welsh qualified

As a small nation we will never again reach the higher levels amongst European teams

NEW MANAGER!!!!!!!!

HARRY REDKNAPP

I think they need to put this game behind them now and try and regain some confidence. Ashley Williams would make a better captain than Ramsay as he is more experienced and used to being a captain on a weekly basis. He is a natural leader and can instil some team spirit which they so desperately need. Continue with the style of football and start playing as a team and not individuals.

New manager and new under 21's: Flynn back

Must take captaincy off Ramsey. He is not a world-beater, he needs to concentrate on his passing without the distraction of the armband. Ash the Bash is the only guy on the pitch who is to motivate and organise the boys. Make him captain

Reinstate Brian Flynn at under 21 level for a start, Give Coleman a chance to put this right. If he can't, appoint a continental coach. More cash at grass roots level.

A management team with all the backing from the players and fwa should help!

Re-appoint Raymond Verheijen (Gary Speed's assistant). He should never have lost his job in the first place and was and is the only man the FAW should be considering.

Coleman to go for sure, whole infrastructure of the FAW needs to be looked at. What a mess.

Bring dutch ray back please!

New manager Raymond Verheijen

Give them a longer period to come together as a team. No point changing just for the sake of changing.

More investment in producing in producing future players. We lack strength in debt. There was no available outright central defensive cover for James

Collins. Currently, we are largely reliant on English clubs scouting Welsh talent. Maybe we need to have less teams in the league of a higher quality. Look at a Celtic league with the Irish / Scottish?

Proven manager- not welsh

Pass the ball. Get Huw Jenkins to appoint a new manager. Bring back Dutch ray.

By employing a top class manager irrespective of nationality, someone who has a proven record of organising teams and motivating players.

By playing Bale on the left and actually giving the ball to him!

New manager

Get a manager with experience and charisma.

Get more player with Wales

It's about time the FAW spent some money on a top quality manager. For many a year now we have had managers on the cheap, granted some done well and others not so good. Lets get someone in who has a proven track record and a winning mentality. C'mon FAW sort it out before it's to late

By appointing Brian Flynn, and working with the players' clubs to keep them fit, and prepared to play! An incredibly poor example of willingness to play for the national team was set by a certain R. Giggs. C. Ronaldo, age 27, 93 caps; Giggs, age 38, 64 caps...'nuff said.

Hire Redknapp

Well firstly...Look at the shirt and stand up for it. The Irish seem to manage with less quality...So it must be tactics and in the mind! We must accept there is a giant shadow of Welsh Football after the Gary Speed tragedy and it must have an adverse effect on the National Team...it is only 10 months and a few games ago. When the team played the best football since Wales last qualified for a major Championship...No not 1958 but 1976 when they were group winners and were in the final 8 of the European championships. The team were hit with a unique situation which I can't recall happening to any other International team they should have kept his Dutch assistant who the players trusted completely...I know he is outspoken but so what! He was the architect of the football revolution that saw us outplay 4 quality sides and run England very close. Unfortunately the FA buried their head in the sand and changed everything! How can a team thrash Norway with their Manager saying he has never suffered a defeat like that in 135 games and end up under a year later with 1 goal for and 13 against? Chris say's he has not changed tactics but they look a totally different team to me, see how he goes in the next 2 games but I honestly do not think he is the right man for the job or is assistant Mr. Symons... I have watched Wales since 1965 when with goals from Roy Vernon and the great Ivor Allchurch beat the USSR in Cardiff who went on to the World Cup Semi in 1966. and since that time we have beat the best, there have been some poor results but last night in my opinion was the worst result and performance in the modern era...The golden generation as they are called by the press need to buck up and get into their club sides, that would help to start with...And Aaron Ramsey needs to have the Captaincy removed, he is not ready and needs time to get back to his best after the trauma he suffered. Finally I wish the Western Mail would have at least acted correctly with Ray and not called him 'Dutch Ray' after all he was greatly involved in the Welsh Resurgence, show some respect please. He certainly can look at us now and say 'Told you" Sadly if Gary was still around they would be in a much better situation than they are.... One very sad Welsh Fan (Long Suffering at that)

The players need more passion and motivation playing for their country. It's as if playing for Wales is an obligation rather than a privilege. They appear as if theyre having to play rather than choosing to. The reason The Republic of Ireland, and indeed Northern Ireland have qualified in regular fashion for both major tournaments in the last 30 years is because their players turn up regardless of the opposition, occasion or venue. In Wales it's been all to easy for players to pull out and nothing gets done to put pressure on them. We need to instil the Irish spirit in our players. Let's face it, they don't have the quality we have now nor previously but what they do have is a pride in those green jerseys. Until we follow suit we won't get anywhere. Wales wouldn't beat the Flat Holm at present. If players cannot be bothered, get rid of, no

matter who. I would rather watch 11 Welsh players from the Conference and LOW who show passion rather than the shambolic performances we're currently getting. Either shape up or ship out. Bring back Brian Flynn and get John Mahoney or Leighton James et all to tell the players what playing for Wales is all about. Otherwise expect us to be beaten regularly by the Maltas and San Marinos.

The FA have got to get real and stop using any Welshman that had a half decent playing career. It just dont work. They always go for cheap option. Get Redknapp in

Get Ryan Giggs in as manager

Get rid of Coleman would be a good start - the players dont respect him its all to clear to see

They should have kept the coaching team that Gary Speed had in place and not appointed Coleman

Bring back Brian Flynn and Ray before its too late

Get Giggs players may respect his career record, only downside is his poor attendance record for Wales

Get top manager from abroad

Change the FAW old guard at board level as new ideas and methods are needed. Revamp the Welsh premier League to create a league that can provide half decent footballers - maybe summer football for better crowds and profile, Focus on youth for the next 5 years and bring in a proven, world class manager and coach...Coleman was and is neither
