Q. 1: For which position candidates are giving the test?

Ans.: They are giving the test for the post of Personal Assistant to CEO.
Q. 2: What are the competencies required for that Position? Ans.: The following is a competency profile for the required job. The candidates must have the abilities and characteristics like as: Resilient Stress Management Time Management Critical Thinking Initiative Team Player Intuitive Decision Making Fairness Observer Cooperative

Q. 3: Elaborate the behaviors which were demonstrated by each candidate in the Movie. Ans.: The following are the given behaviors which are demonstrated by each candidate.

Chinese Girl: Take the wrong initiative: She has taken the first initiative to solve the paper. She wrote on the paper, I believe I deserve, this was against the rules informed by the invigilator so she disqualified from the test.

White: The behaviors demonstrated by White in the movie are:

Narcissistic Personality: There are nine characteristics of the Narcissistic Personality which holds 1) Reacts to criticism with anger, shame, or humiliation, 2) May take advantage of others to reach their own goal, 3) Tend to exaggerate their own importance, achievements, and talents, 4) Imagines unrealistic fantasies of success, beauty, power, intelligence, or romance, 5) Requires constant attention and positive reinforcement from others 6) Easily becomes jealous, 7) Lacks empathy and disregards the feelings of others, 8) Obsessed with oneself, 9) Mainly pursues selfish goals.

Initiator: He was the initiator of communicating with others. He has taken many steps which show his behavior for the initiator.

Liar: He himself said that Yes I am liar if it leads me for success. So he lies with others just to win the game, to win that position.

Selfish: This behavior is the part of his Narcissistic Personality. He showed this behavior at the end of the movie when Blonde asked him that I have saved your life and he replied that Anyone can make the mistakes, its the game to win the position and this position is for me.

Deceiver: He was a big deceiver as he deceived with Brunette by spoiling her paper trickily. He also deceived to Deaf by tearing out his paper with the help of stress and pressure.

Memory Skills: His memory was strong as he remembered all the stuff sentenced by the Invigilator.

Leading Others: He leads others just to get his goal not for them. Persistence: He has the ability to stay the course in times of difficulties and the ability to remain motivated to accomplish his goals as demonstrated in the entire movie.

Brunette: Initiative and Critical Thinking: Like most of the other members of the group she also takes initiative to search for the question. For example she took initiative to search the question by treating the paper through H2O. Team-work and Cooperative: Like most of the other members of the team she had also played a team role and participated in different group activities. Like as to search out the infrared, heat, and liquid H2O. Dark: Critical Thinker: She always demonstrated her behavior as critical thinker as she told about the company and their activities. Team-Work: She also goes for team working and was good team worker because she always stands with her team in every aspect. For example when testing a paper for searching a question through different techniques, she stands with the team. Initiative: In many situations she also took initiative to solve the problem.

Brown: Reluctant: He was reluctant to perform any activity. He was the introvert person. He knows about Gambling which he used during assessing someones abilities and skills.

Self-working: He only thinks about himself not for others. He was destructive person. Always perceived the things negatively. He was not the initiator for any behavior although he was laggard.

Black: Fairness: He was fair because he said, I can bear tolerate but not intolerant. Practical Thinking and Scientific Approach: His background was somewhat related to Science. As he used to search the answers through scientific approaches or techniques such as ultraviolet, infrared, heat, etc. Problem Solving Ability: He has the ability to keep critical issues in context so that he can understand what is happening and effectively use his knowledge to solve problems. As he helped Dark to save from Brown and asked them to come at a single point so that we can find out the question of the paper. Blonde: Team-worker: She was team player and always looks to achieve team goals, she was not selfish. Not Initiator: She does not take any initiative although she do works when majority of the people take initiative. Positive Attitude: She always demonstrate positive attitude, she always go for team success. Deaf: He shows the negative attitude during test. For example he was feared when White asked him to spoil his paper and he enforcedly spoils his paper and disqualified from the test.
