Teaching perspectives is a resource that looking for improve teachers knowledge and setting average related to educational field for every teacher and their orientations to their roles, according TPI (teaching perspectives inventory) they are giving to the society a complete idea about perspectives of education for every person that has a teacher role in order to try to be better every time. TPI is the result of several years of study in some countries with a group of teachers through a process of interview, evaluation and observation; in which was determined much more than their usual experiences as teachers, in the exam every answer has a purpose to determine five different perspectives. In the test are taking into account different parts which are: Transmission, Apprenticeship,

Developmental, Nurturing and Social Reform. All these are parts of a complete profile that has to be part of education staring with teachers of the different schools. In this test is showed how the educational system is affected with different teachers profile for example; an effective teaching is inside transmission in which contemplate clear transmission of knowledge and explanations, this depends of teacher explanations and enthusiasm with content that should be transferred to students, apprenticeship is another part of teacher profile that consist in behavioral and moral characteristics of approach to the learners. On the other hand, the others parts of teachers profile firstly developmental that has part how students think and best way to carry the knowledge to the students and catch their attention, the main goal is develop students ideas and take advantage of own students experiences and likes improving educational experience and knowledge acquisition, in this part is where students need good and clear instructions about activities to develop like examples, cases questions and problems. Nurturing that consist in motivate students through the success in their life or daily activities getting goals using their own abilities and knowledge and having teacher benevolence enhancing students interest and motivation to

learn, and the final is the social reform in which we have the engage that every teacher has having in mind that your labor as a teacher is a service from own community and country educating the new generations, through the social reform teacher have the opportunity to create social interest in students mind. With the areas that are measured at the TPI test and according to the score gotten I am in the overage of in apprenticeship with 38 points, developmental with 35 points, nurturing 33 points, and social reform 35 points, and according transmission I gotten 25 points, my strong point is apprenticeship and my lowest area is transmission. As a manner of conclusion I can say that Teaching Perspective Inventory is a useful test in which every person that is performing as a teacher role has to take account to get know more about himself or herself and their teacher profile, with the purpose to be better every time, learning and trying to improve in the lowest perspectives and working to keep or increase the higher perspectives. As teachers we have the obligation to improve ourselves to give the better of us to our students, and use the TPI results as tool to improve us personally.
