Principal Consultant
Gerhard Maynard is a Vancouverbased organizational development consultant and leadership educator with significant experience in both the public and private sectors. His consulting practice focuses on leadership development, executive coaching, training and development, and facilitation. He works from a values-in-action approach to achieving organizational goals. Gerhard has designed and delivered programs on integrative education, performance development, strategic planning, team building, coaching and other facets of leadership. He has had particular experience in assisting both individuals and organizations through times of major change, and has worked with organizations of all sizes in both the public, private, and non-profit sector. Gerhard has a Masters in Leadership from Royal Roads University in Victoria.
