A Note about Bible Memory Work

and a Model to Follow

Classical  Conversations  believes  parents  are  called  to  provide  specific,

systematic,  structured  Bible  studies  and  memory  work  that  best  fit  their
family.  (Parents  often  develop  a  program  through  their  local  church  or
personal  selections  for  family  devotions.)  Because  of  this  conviction,  Bible
grammar  or  memory  work  will  not  be  part  of  our  local  Foundations
Community Memory Master requirements.

Many  of  our  Foundations  Community  Directors  do,  however,  offer  a  special
pin  or  certificate  distinguishing  those  who  have  chosen  to  memorize  the
scripture  passages  in  the  Foundations  Guide.    This  is  a  wonderful  way  to
model and recognize the importance of God’s word within a local community.

Over  the  years,  families  have  asked  for  a  model  of  Bible  Grammar  memory
work that they can use or adapt at home.  Carol Eichert, a Director from Ohio,
had  the  same  vision.    She  sat  down  and  created  a  comprehensive  version  of
Bible  grammar.    Carol  has  graciously  offered  to  share  her  model  with  any
family that would like to use it. This model is contained in the following pages.

If  you  would  like  to  thank  Carol  for  providing  this  model  for  your  home  or
other  personal  use,  please  feel  free  to  e‐mail  her  a  “Thank  you”  at
CEichert@cinci.rr.com.

Grace and truth,
