TERMS AND CONDITONS 1. 2. PRICE AND BASIS: The prices quoted in the price schedule are inclusive of packing and forwarding.

SALES TAX: The prices quoted in the price schedule are exclusive of CENTRAL/STATE Sales Tax but does not include turnover tax/other statutory levies, which will be charged extra as per the government law. 3. WARRANTY: The components will be warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 18 months from the date of dispatch or 12 months from the date of commissioning, whichever is earlier. However the warranty does not cover wiring and such other items/work carried out by us. 8. EXCLUSION: Any sort of civil and electrical works, conducting and mains supply to the system. 9. Goods shall remain the property of the company until full purchase price has been realized. 10. Goods once sold will not be taken back. 11. Cheques to be crossed and marked A/C Payee in the name of EUREKA FORBES LIMITED 12. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: Debit note at the prevailing interest rate will be raised for the value of the material if the material is not installed as per the terms agreed or the material is damaged because of circumstances within the control of the customer. 13.
