Sir Kyffin Williams is known for its superb landscape art works and paintings. Kyffin Williams graduated from the Slade School of Fine Art, London in the year 1944, and later in his studying years, in 1973, went on to attain Senior Art Master at Highgate School. It was not until the year 1968 that William gained a Winston Churchill Fellowship and got the Welsh in Patagonia. Kyffin Williams was elected as the President of the Royal Cambrian Academy from 1969 through 1976, and later in the year 1992. Williams was also made an Honorary Fellow of University College, Swansea in the year1989, University College, Bangor in the year 1991, and later on University College of Wales, Aberystwyth, which was in the year 1992. 1991 was the time when Williams received the Medal of the Honorable Society of Cymmrodorion.

Williams was the man of great prestige and top cadre who desired and worked hard to create a niche in the landscape paintings, quite different than what other painters were doing in his times. The art works of Sir Williams were greatly inspired from the Welsh landscapes and farmlands where he spent most of times and got the idea about the life around there. His paintings were spotted in many of the prestigious art galleries all across UK. Sir Williams paintings are also on permanent display at Oriel YnysMn, Anglesey. Sir Williams held many dignified positions in UK, and amongst them, he was also the president at Royal Cambrian Academy, besides being appointed the member of Royal academy way back in the year 1974. Sir Williams thought differently and ultimately it was this very difference which could be seen in his paintings.
