The second male was a hispanic male, about 5'9" and 165 pounds, in his 20's. had never seen this hispanic male before. told me that she was aware that the plan was for this hispanic male to go home with tonight. After talking with talked with on cell-phone. Shortly after, called 9-1-1 for SFD response. An examination of the scene found a significant amount of blood pooled on the tile at the walkway entrance. There was no blood or blood-trail leading to the alley or the building entrance. There was also no blood on the front-door call-box or door-knob. I found about 1/2 dozen drops of blood NorthEast of the blood pool in the alley and one small pool of blood (about one dozen drops) in the alley/E Republican St about five yards NorthEast of the main blood pool. SFD medical personnel on-scene stated that the gash might have been made with a knife. Harborview Medical Center (HMC), where was ultimately transported, stated that the gash might have been made with a hatchet. Before leaving, I gave two SPD business cards with my name/serial number and this G.O.R. number written on them. I asked to give one of the cards to when he was sober. I also asked to call SPD if made any statements later, or if she found out anything. told me that she would do this. Sgt. Leung responded to HMC to screen this incident and made all required notifications.-->}
