Event management, the most profound form of advertising and strategic marketing tool, is a glamorous and thrilling profession. In the last 10 to 15 years, there has been enormous growth in the event management industry. Event management is generally outsourced. Almost 500 billion US dollars (USD) are spent annually on planned events around the world. The event management sector in the country has been in the forefront of everybodys focus with the growing importance of marketing communication Event management Industry referred to as Live Entertainment is a fast growing and rapidly evolving industry. More than 2000 companies have forayed into events. The early 90s has seen events spend at a mere 20 crores but now it has increased to over 2000 crores. But surprisingly, research showed that there was no formalized education to teach event management. Today it is much more professional and more organized sector than a decade ago. Event management is considered one of the strategic marketing and communication tools by companies of all sizes. From product launches to press conferences, companies create promotional events to help them communicate with clients and potential clients. They might target their audience by using the news media, hoping to generate media coverage which will reach thousands or millions of people. They can also invite their audience to their events and reach them at the actual event. Event management companies and organizations service a variety of areas including corporate events (product launches, press conferences, corporate meetings and conferences), marketing programs (road shows, grand opening events), and special corporate hospitality events like concerts, award ceremonies, film premieres, launch/release parties, fashion shows, commercial events, private (personal) events such as weddings. Cultural events e.g. ceremonial, religious, art, heritage, and folklore. Personal events e.g. weddings, birthdays, anniversaries. Introduction: Today India is the youngest country in the world with 50% of the population below th age of 25. So just imagine which ever domains you belong to the online medium will rule and thats the place you should be in. Just imagine today facebook is the third largest country in the world with the highest per capita income can you afford to miss living in such a country? Today 3hdmedia is offering you that opportunity to live in that country which is full of dreams and helps you to create a great future for yourself.

Objectives: 3HD MEDIA has taken up the social issues and helps in providing jobs to the needful through digital marketing. by bridging the gap between unemployed candidates and the companies offering suitable jobs therefore conducting an event by attracting many people towards the event and spreading awareness

Event Designing
We designed our event by adhering to 5 Cs of event management to make the process of conducting an event simple and smooth. It was designed before carrying out the actual carryout stage Depending on our objectives and budget constraints. The process of event designing Conceptualization At the stage of conceptualization of an event we did a brain storming among our team. We came with a number of ideas that could attract maximum youth .later we realize cricket is an event that can attract youth as they are fascinated about it. So we came with an idea of organizing a shorter version of cricket T 20 cricket tournament. Costing: Costing involves calculation of the cost of venue, winner prize, electric equipment and miscellaneous the costing part was majorly looked up by finance student we overcome all the cost incurred on conducting the event through sponsorship and participation fees. We received the sponsorship from classes near the vicinity where we conducted the event. Canvassing

We made ppt and word file emphasizing how the event going to be conducted by us will be helpful for sponsors business. We spread the awareness of the event to attract the participant via our friend residing in the area and we wrote about the event on the locality board. Customization We had to customize the event according to budgets and brand personality so we organize a T 20tournment with a tennis ball rather than a usual cricket ball and we also churn some rules to make it continent for participants. Carrying Finally we executed the event as per the final concept successfully

Learning
Organizing a event gave me a practical experience and insight into various dimension of management right from marketing to finance. It helps us to read the uncertain situation and helped us to develop a skill to manage and overcome the dynamics of event. and understand why Event management is considered one of the strategic marketing and communication tools by companies. Event is the organized planning and research involved in the proper execution of any event so it gave me the understanding of a specialized discipline and multi faceted skills. Required while organizing an event they are as follow:Knowledge is power: In order to make an event successful, understanding and knowledge is crucial. Before actually commencing with managing an event, do make sure that you understand what exactly needs to be done. Talk to people who have participated in such events before, talk to other people who have managed such events . Time: When planning an event, work out a plausible time span. No event should be hurried, hectic affair and neither should it be a long drawn affair which puts the audience's patience under test.

Teamwork: An event involves a number of members. In some large scale events, . Each of these parts has to function smoothly in order for the whole to work. Communication is the key. Frequent meetings, briefings and rehearsals are needed for everyone to understand what their responsibilities are and how they need to coordinate.. Blaming others for anything for might go wrong instead the entire team should work in close coordination to cover for the slightest mistake made by an individual. Solution oriented: In spite of the intricate planning, best of your efforts, things may not always run smoothly and last minute glitches can occur so it made me realize the importance of finding solution rather focusing on problem Motivation!: Last but not the least, a I learned and should always remember that managing an event is all about interacting with people to deliver the best results. Keep a cheerful and positive disposition it lowers stress.
