Measure Your Kingdom

Now, I want to start the last segment of The 12 Principles For Strict Success. Before I do that, I want to remind you that I am at my plate at my desk teaching from the plate that the Lord gave me. Now this is the plate that I now teach from and feed you the Bread of Life. The Lord has told me to name this plate, The Platter of Plenty, and I want you to understand that I am at this plate now. I am not standing in the pulpit church proper, I am at the desk with the plate that God gave me. This is the big platter that we explained last year.

Principle 12

The Lord told me to call it the Plate or Platter of Plenty. I also want you to know that the Lord reminded me to say to you before coming on the air today, this word. If you are going through any trouble, if you are having any difficulty, if you are feeling discouraged, despondent, left out, talked about; or if you are sick, or you are having financial problems, hear this word. Perhaps you just feel that you

havent been treated fairly, you feel that you should be loved greater, or an opportunity for you has gone by and you should have gotten it and it didnt happen, or you just received some bad news, the Lord has told me to tell you this. First of all that you need to move the goal post.

Satan wants to defeat you, but you can gain the victory by saying, no matter what,

I will continue to trust in the Lord. No matter what happens, no matter what I have to go through, (Ps. 23:4), yea, though I walk through the valley of the

180

shadow of death, I will continue to trust in the Lord. I have put my trust in Him and I will not turn back. That is the first thing.
Secondly, you need to also understand that if you get up in the morning between 3:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M., the Lord will give you your answer. He will give you your answer! He will tell you how to deal presently with whatever is going on in your life between 3:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M, the time of the morning oblation. Now, be sure to seek the face of the Lord and then get your answer regarding whatever it is that is presently brothering you, and then move on to the next item of your life.

Beyond that, remember this, that the Lord God Almighty does love you. He
does, and I love you as well.

Now, lets get started with the last principle of The 12 Principles For Strict

Success. You will never guess what this principle is. It is the last one and its the
best one; I saved the best for last. This principle could have several names, but I am going to call it Measure Your Kingdom. Now it is going to take me some time to explain it. I am going to introduce some things to you. Just sit tight and listen to Pastor Manning teach.

The 12th principle is called Measure Your Kingdom. Let me introduce some things to you. The Lord Jesus Christ used this principle in the most proficient way.

Measure Your Kingdom has several things that I want to express in terms of setting the rules of your spiritual and your carnal universe.

It also sets the

boundaries of the limit, power, and scope of your kingdom.

For instance, Almighty God told Abraham to walk the length and the breath of the land and where so ever the soles of his foot did trod, that land then belonged to

181 him. (Gen. 13:17) So, he walked it out, stacked it out, and measured what is now known as the Kingdom of Israel, but I have a principle that I want to get into that the Lord Jesus Christ demonstrated. Remember now, we told you that these

principles are the principles that were either exemplified or taught by the Lord Jesus Christ.

By measuring your kingdom, here is what I principally want to say. That we are to

use the God ordained divine segments of the power of God that are within the structure that Almighty God has created with designated numbers.
right. Thats

Jesus chose 12 disciples. I am now on the 12th principle for strict success. You might also note that in one of His missionary journeys He sent out 70 missionaries. Jesus also fasted 40 days and 40 nights there in the wilderness. (Matt. 4:1-1-2) Isnt that right? He also spoke to the 7 churches of Asia Minor. (Rev. 2-3) Is that also right? While Jesus did not within the context of His Galilean crusades did not make mention of the 12 gates to the city but I want you to understand the numbers 3, 12, 7, 40, 50 and 70. The magnificence of these numbers are revealed when you measure your kingdom, one of the ways in which we measure our kingdoms is that we begin to use a power.

We are given the privilege to pray, to tell the truth, to ask, to serve only one master, but we also have a privilege of using a designated number within the context of a divine order that is already in place. When we employ them, such as calling 12 disciples or fasting 40 days or understanding that the number 7 is within the word of completion, as we employ that principle, we add unto our dimension

182

a quality of spirituality and power that cannot be refuted by any power in the universe.

For instance in Matthew 14:17, Jesus discovered at the time of feeding the 5,000 that there were only 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish available. Now notice, if you add the 5 loaves and the 2 fish together, you get 7. Notice after you have the 7 pieces of substance of food there were not 12 baskets of fragments left over, if you look in Matthew 14:17 and Luke 9:13, there were not 35 baskets of fragments left over but there were 12 baskets of fragments left over as well.

Now here is another principle that Jesus employed. Jesus said make them sit

down in companies of 50, another significant number of power.

Of all the

people you have here, measure them out, not in groups of 200s or 500s but make them sit down in companies of 50s. Out of which we get the Piata and Pena, which is the 5.

In other words I am going to explain and teach you to measure your kingdom, and then teach you the significant numbers of God. There is a power in the number 7, it is a number of completion, there is a power in the number 12, for it is the number of humanity. There is a power in the number of 70 as it is the number of missionaries, and there is a power in the number of 40 as the number of new beginning.

I am going to take you to take Ezekiel 40:5, where he was told to measure the temple, as you are also told to measure your kingdom. Well, we are examining this 12th principle. Now this is a principle that is used by a lot of people but not used by

183 enough people. I am going to tell you that if you would designate your life out into the numbers that are already determined by Almighty God to be powerful numbers, your life will be an astounding success.

By the way, I pray that no number runners or number players will misunderstand what I am saying. Can you pray with me?
I pray that no number

runner, or numerologist, or number player is going to jump on this and say these are the numbers. That is not what I am teaching here, and God forbids you to try and glean that from what we are teaching. today. That is not what we are teaching here

Everybody knows that the Bible says that Jesus chose 12 disciples, which is the number for humanity. Each disciple represented a segment of humanity, like the 12 tribes of the nation of Israel, or the 12 sons of Jacob, you all know that.

We are going to be rolling on with this teaching, quite a bit because this is a new found power. This teaching is going to put some power in your hand, if you start measuring out your life by setting boundaries. By using the fence posts and pillars that were established in a divine way long before the Great Deceiver ever tried to do his thing. These numbers are set up in a divine way to protect, all of the universe will honor the number 7 as a number of completion, and the entire universe will honor the number 40 as the number of beginning.

Again, the Lord told me to use this Platter of Plenty, which He gave me after we ran that campaign, last year under the authority of the Almighty God, to raise $1 million for Great Tomorrows Elementary School. From this platter the Lord has

184 allowed me to feed you. He told me to say to you that if you are going through any trouble, if there is anything right now in your life that is bothering you, that is troubling you, dont worry. For some of you, the Lord has told me that you are just afraid and you need not be fearful. Perhaps you do not know what is going to

happen, and everything is up in the air, trust God. Of course you know we got the war drums which are being beaten, and there are all kinds of international upheaval going on; and we are not only in the middle of war but we are in the middle of famine because of the bad and hard economic times; you are going to see the hammer drop even harder.

You are going to see the dollar shorten up, you are going to see all kinds of things going on before this season is over with. Now, the Lord told me tell you that in the midst of all of this, the Lord told me to tell you from the Platter of Plenty, where I now sit and teach, the Lord told me to tell you to come unto Him. Come unto Him and He will show you, He will give you, He will hide you, He will protect you, He will feed you, and He will heal you. Whatever you need, dont look to man. Sometimes you look around and you just get more frustrated, when you look to men to help you, and many times you are calling on people who need help themselves. Learn to call on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

He told me to speak to you today from the Platter of Plenty, and tell you, be not dismayed, do not let your heart be troubled. Dont be troubled, get out of that, and turn to Jesus, come to Him during the hours of oblation at 3:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. Give Him your troubles, get that monkey off your back, and get right with the Lord. He told me to tell you that He loves you, and I want you to know that I love you too.

185

Now, were looking at the 12th principle for strict success, and this is the principle that the Lord Jesus Christ employed in measuring your kingdom. You see when Jesus chose 12 disciples, He measured the length and the breath of how the gospel would be preached, taught, and administered. He measured the kingdom, and He measured the size of what the abilities would be of those who would teach and preach the gospel. Jesus measured the kingdom. When He chose 40 days to fast there in the wilderness, He also measured the limits of the borders of human endurance. The border of human endurance is 40 days of fasting and 40 days

of praying and consecrating that was the border of human endurance. When
Jesus reached the end of the 40 days as you read in Matthew 4:1-11, He had went to the very end of human endurance.

At that point, He was now ready to start His spiritual journey. He was ready to start His power ministry of gospel preaching, of healing, of deliverance, and raising the dead, and of treading upon serpents. He had to go to the end of His human endurance to start the new life of ministry of power that He demonstrated. He did not start His ministry of teaching and preaching until He completed the end of the human endurance. Forty (40) is the limit of human endurance, it is the new beginning. I taught this for years. A woman carries a baby for nine months, which is a total of 40 weeks, which is the new beginning. Moses was in the

wilderness for 40 years, the new beginning. He was up on the mountain of Mt. Sinai with the Almighty God for 40 days and 40 nights. endurance, Moses came down with the commands of God. At the end of his human

186 When you begin to understand the principle of measuring your kingdom, you will select and put into place the numbers that God uses that have a divine power. There are numbers that cannot be over thrown by any evil in the universe. For instance, when Jesus chose the 12 disciples, He knew He was choosing a number with ordained power; He was already choosing a power number.

Seven is another power number; it represents completion. What I want to say to you is that often times when I am teaching, I will teach seven segments of a series. Do you remember the Seven Mountains teachings? Remember the 7 Trials of Life teachings? Well, if you will notice now that the Holy Spirit chose 7. Once we reached the 7th teaching, the teaching was complete. So what you can begin to do, you can choose 12 employees to get started with or you can choose 12 as the way in which you are going to begin to interact with insurance policies, automobiles and/or this designer, or twelve colors.

Employ the 12th principle and set borders and limits. Do this by saying alright this will be 12; I am going to have 12 colors within my floral arrangements. I am going to have 7 in terms of the number of days that I will consecrate or I am going to have 40 as the numbers of months that I will seek God. You know, what you do then, is that you begin to say to every evil force in the universe that recognizes the power of God, by employing 7, 12, 40, 50 and 70, you are saying to every evil spirit in the universe, I set the borders and you cannot cross over these borders. Do you understand that? I pray that you do, because this will help you have great success by employing this principle.

187 Let us go to Matthew 14. I want to show you something in how the principle was employed and worked in a beautiful way out in the wilderness when there was no bread for them to eat. It says in Matthew 14:13-21, And they said unto Him,

We have here but 5 loaves and 2 fishes; which is 7 isnt that right? When they
brought the 5 loaves and the 2 fishes unto Him, notice Jesus said in verse 19, And

He commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the 5 loaves and the 2 fishes, and looking up to heaven, He blessed, and break, and gave the loaves to His disciples and the disciples to the multitude. In verse 20 it says, And they did all eat, and where filled; and they took up the fragments that remained, twelve baskets full.

Do you think that some how or another it is coincidental that there were 12 baskets left over, the number of humanity? Do you think that some how or the other that this just happened, that there were 5 loaves and 2 fishes, which is the number of completion? Do you think those numbers just kind of popped up out of the air and coincidentally is there?

Let us look at the Lukes version of this in Luke 9:13-14. Here I want to show you something about the power of the number of 50, which is the number 5, or the Pena. It says in Luke 9:13-14, But He said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they

said, We have no more but five loaves and two fishes; except we should go and buy meat for all this people. For they were about five thousand men. And He said unto His disciples, make them sit down by fifties in a company.
Now, why would

Almighty God say to them that they should use 50 as a designated number? Why would Almighty God say to them that they should use 50 as a designated number;

188 which of the groups should be aligned? He was doing that, because He was getting ready to work miracles. You can have miracles in your life. You can have miracles in your life, as well, if you will employ these measuring of the kingdom principles.

See we need to learn to employ the significance of the number 12; we need to use number 7 and number 40. We need to measure the kingdom and set up a fence and a goalpost so the Great Deceiver cant come over it. Jesus made them sit down in companies of 50. That way by sitting down in companies of 50, or in the Pena, everybody got fed. I believe, now Jesus didnt tell me to tell you this, but I believe that when we get to heaven, if you ask Jesus about this particular event that took place that day, I believe He will tell you if they had sat down in companies of 30 the miracle would not have happened. You need to employ the divine principle that is already set in place, you need to call on the oblation power that is already set in place.

For instance, you may be able to pray over the loaves and fishes, but if you dont have the understanding of teaching the people to sit down in the proper companies, you will lose the power and the ability to be able to see the miracle completed. Then it says in Luke 9:17, And they did eat, and were all filled: and there was

taken up fragments that remained to them twelve baskets. So we have 7, 12, and
50.

Now, what I want to teach you is how to set the boundaries. If you are going to have strict success, if you are going to have great success in the things that you do, one of the things that I do all of the time, is that I employ these principles. I

189 set the boundaries, I establish 40 days as a time in which I am going to go. I set

the principles and boundaries and I establish them.

I want you to also

understand that the Lord has employed these principles from Genesis through Revelation, and I am going to talk to you more about this. I want you to

understand, ask the Lord to give you the ability to appreciate how to begin to use powers that are already structured to cause you to be more powerful.

This 12th principle is called Measure Your Kingdom. It states:

1.

You can set the boundaries of the limit of your life.

In other

words you can enlarge your borders to the point of using a divine principle, its an ancient principle, but certainly a divine principle. Jesus used it. If Jesus can use it, surely you can.

There are two places in the scripture where Jesus set the boundaries for the kingdom. One is when He chose the 12 disciples; He chose a number that was the number for humanity itself. There are 12 gates to the city. There are 12

disciples or 12 sons of Israel, or sons of Jacob, and each one of those sons represents a type of humanity. Each one of those sons represents a profession or a type of humanity. So when Jesus chose the 12 disciples, He chose 12 to

represent all of humanity.

Now you all listen to me very carefully. I dont know this to be true. The Lord has not told me this, I dont know if this is the kind of thing that He would share with anybody. He hasnt told me this. When you measure the kingdom, and out of this teaching of The 12 Principles For Strict Success, we discovered, the Lord told me

190 to tell you to measure your kingdom. Jesus chose 12 disciples because each one of those disciples represented a segment of humanity.

There are only 12 professions, 12 segments of humanity, no matter what race, creed or whatever it is that you are on this planet, there are only 12 representations of humanity. Thats why there were 12 sons of Israel. There was a whole mixture of people used to comprise them. You know they came from 2 wives, Leah and from Rachel, and then even Josephs sons, Manasseh and Ephraim. They were all mixed up in that 12 representing a broad spectrum of beings, the

Gentiles along with the Jews. Jacob marrying Rachel and Leah, who were not really Jewish woman, this whole process of humanity evolving out of Rachel and Leah, and evolving out of Josephs wife, and then representing the dynamics of all of humanity. Then Jesus comes along and He chooses 12 disciples to do missionary work to the world. One of those disciples failed.

The thing that I was saying to you a moment ago, and that the Lord had not told me this so I cannot say God told me this, I am just kind of teaching at this point. Now God told me to tell you about the 12, and He told me to tell you how to measure your kingdom, that 12 is just one of the ways to do that. There are several other ways, there is 3, 7, 40, 50 and 70. The thing that I am about to say is this;

perhaps there will be one segment of humanity that will not make into heaven .
There are 11 segments of humanity that will all go to heaven, and that one segment will fall into perdition with the Great Deceiver.

There will be one segment of mankind that will not make it into heaven; it will not be a 50/50 split. Six will go to heaven and six will go to (you know) but that

191 one segment will not make it. Even though there are 12 segments of humanity, there is a segment of humanity, when you measure the kingdom of humanity, a segment that will not make it. Now I am not saying that God told me this or that I have a revelation, God said that 1% or 1/12 will not make it and the 11 will. I am not telling you that. What I am teaching you is that is a real possibility. I am

teaching you that Jesus chose 12 and you can choose numbers that gives dynamics to your success as well.

Jesus measured the kingdom, and what He told those 12 disciples to do was to go into all of the earth and make disciples of every nation. Matthew 8:18-20. I am simply saying to you that Almighty God has ordained this teaching that we are doing. First, the Lord has ordained it. The numbers that are used in measuring your kingdom I pray that they are not confusing you, but this is an ancient principle that was employed by the Lord Jesus Christ. In other words when you choose

the numbers that are already established by Almighty God, numbers that are divine and of power, these numbers cannot be destroyed. They are like the
Word of God themselves, they cannot be destroyed. So when you employ them in your business, teaching or in your prayers, you employ their power. For instance, you have an example in Matthew 18:21-22, where Peter walks up to Jesus, because he has an understanding of the teachings of the Rabbis on handling an offended brother. Previously Peter said to Jesus, how often should we forgive our brothers when they transgress against us. Should it be 7 times? And Jesus said no, the response was forgive 70 times 7.

Peter understood that you can employ the number 7 in the number of times of forgiveness and reach absolution and completion, or at least that is what the

192 earlier Rabbis taught. The earlier Rabbis taught prior to Jesus that to reach

absolution, (a point when you dont want to deal with people any more) you must forgive them 7 times and after that you are absolved of forgiving them. So Peter questioned Jesus in Matthew 18, asking how often shall we do this. Jesus blew Peters wig by saying to forgive 70 x 7. Notice He used two numbers that I have been teaching you all about over the last few days.

He used number 7 for absolution, completeness, and forgiveness. He then used the number 70, which is the missionary number, the number to go out and to reach out. The reason why Jesus told him 70 x 7; lets go to that verse right now. Matthew 18:21-22. Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin

against me, and I forgive him? Till seven times? You see, Peter was imploring, he
knew if he forgave 7 times, he would not have to forgive that brother the 8th time. And Jesus said unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy

times seven.

Now remember I told you the borders of establishing the numbers that you use. If you use them in your business, use them in your singing, use them in your sermons, use them on your jobs, use them in your deliberations, if you use these numbers you will employ predetermined boundary and power established by Almighty God that the devil cant cross over the fence, and those numbers are 7 and 70.

I am going to be talking about Ezekiel who was told to measure the kingdom, measure the temple and that is what you are suppose to do. You need to start measuring out your life. Set out the boundaries of your life. The boundaries of

193 a mans life is three score years plus ten which is 70, which is the boundaries. Then we are going to go to the ultimate number, which is 120. The thing I want to impress upon you is that I want you to ask the Lord to give you the power to discern the revelations of what we are saying here so that you can then begin to employ these numbers. Just speak the number 7, 12, 40, 70, or 50, speak those numbers. Speak them, speak them, and cause the Great Deceiver to get backwards because he cannot cross those numbers. He has no power to be able to cross them. Before I go, as I sit here before the Platter Of Plenty, I want you to know that the Lord loves you. I dont care what you are going through, who has done what, how sick you have been, or what the doctor said or how empty your checkbook is right now. I want to covenant and agree with you right now for victory. In the name of Jesus we thank you Lord for victory and it is done!!! In the name of our Almighty God.

Alright I am getting on with The 12 Principles For Strict Success and the teaching we are dealing with right now is the last principle, or the 12th principle Measure Your Kingdom. If you will notice, I teach in segments of 3, 7, 12, or 40. Have you ever noticed how I always employ this principle? I have been employing this principle throughout my teaching and pastoral career because when you use these numbers, it is like using the authority of God. Its an ancient principle and an

ancient authority of God that we are not made so much aware of. However, Jesus employed these principles. We had a great time the other day talking about how Peter understood that if you forgave your brother 7 times, that was sufficient. You didnt have to forgive him any more. But Jesus not only used the number of 7, He also used the number 70.

194 I havent told you what these numbers represent have I? The number 7 is the

number of completion. Lets says you have a restaurant, so you are going to have 7
specials today, or you are going to hire 12 waitresses, or have 7 counters. Dont set up any odd number of tables in your restaurant, either set up 7, 12, 40, 50 or 70 tables, but dont set up 38, set up 40. Use what I am saying. Use this in your day-to-day experience use those numbers. Again, number 7 represents the number of completion. That is why Peter asked the Lord if 7 times would be enough for forgive.

Remember I told you that 12 represents the number of humanity. I want you
to hear this and you will know that this is from the Lord. When the 12 sons of Israel were born, they were not all born of Jewish mothers. They were born of Jewish fathers, but they were not born of Jewish mothers and then one of the sons, Joseph, had two sons, Manasseh and Ephraim. They got caught up in the mix of the 12 sons of the Nation of Israel. Rachel and Leah were not Jewish women; they were not. They came from the country of the east, they came from Labans loins, they were Rebeccas, Josephs mother nieces, but the Lord brought together a concoction of humanity together with those 12 boys. He brought a concoction of humanity together and it represents every facet of art, medicine, priesthood, farmers, sailors and captains, all come out of the 12 manners of man, which represent all of humanity. So when Jesus chose the 12 disciples, He was employing that principle. When He sent out the 70 missionaries, He was also employing that principle. So 12 represents the number for humanity. That is why there are 12 Gates to the City and not 15.

195 The number 40 represents the time of new beginning. It is the end of the

human ability. A woman carries a child for 40 weeks, which is nine months. It is the end of her human ability. She cannot carry him any longer, that child will come forth after that 40th week. Jesus did not start His ministry of ministering until after the 40 days of fasting. It was at the end of His human experience, when Jesus Himself needed somebody to help him. He needed the angles to come and help Him. He was at the end of the human and fleshly experience. At that point He entered into the power of Luke 4:18 the anointing to heal the sick, heal the brokenhearted, raise the dead, set at liberty those that are bruised, set the captives free and recovering of sight to the blind. It is the end of those 40 days, same thing with Moses. Moses came to the end of his human ability after 40 years in the wilderness. He came to the end of his human ability; he came upon that burning bush at Mount Hored. He was at the end of his human ability and that is when he met the Lord. When you come to the end of your human ability that is

when you will meet the Lord. That is what happened to me. When I came to the
end of my human ability, I met the Lord.

So we have these numbers. We have the more commonly used ones, 7, 12, 40 and 70, but there is also 50. Remember I told you in Luke 9:13 and following where Jesus made that multitude of 5,000 to sit down in companies of 50, because that represents the Piata.

What I want to do is to help you to understand the principles for strict success. If you have a restaurant set up 40 tables, dont set up 39. There is a verse in the Bible that speaks about being whipped with 39 stripes (3x13); which is less than the 40 that is required. (II Cor. 11:24) If you employ these principles,

196 you are going to be blessed. If you are going to build something, measure it in such a way so that it will measure along the 3, 7, 12, 40, 50 or 70. Look into your

business, and look into your life and organize things around your house and yourself that will employ these principles and once you do, you now set up a boundary and Satan cannot cross over it. He cannot curse the number 12. He
cannot curse the number 7; he cannot curse the numbers 40, 50, or 70. These numbers are ancient principles that are already in place and they cannot be cursed, they can only ensure and bless. Thusly Jesus employed them in several instances.

I want you to know something. Jesus is alive and He is saying to me that all of the lessons that we have taught, you need to receive them, and if you receive them, you will be blessed. The Lord wants you to be the most delightsome people; He wants you to have the greatest success at whatever you put your hand to do. Go to Deuteronomy 28:1-14. Whatever you set your hand to do ought to be

successful. God loves you and whatever it is that is attacking you right now tell the Great Deceiver that you are moving the goal post. No matter what, you tell the

Lord that I will never leave you. You tell Jesus I will never leave you.

I dont

care what I have to go through but I will never leave you. Yea though I walk

through the valley of death (Ps. 23:4) Lord, I will never stop praising you.
Neither sickness, famine, problems, nor discouragement can stop me Lord from praising thee. Tell the Lord that He is stuck with you for the rest of your life and wherever He goes, thats where you are going to be, because that is what He has said to you. I am sure He would love to hear you say that to Him, and in saying that to Him, instantly you destroy the adversary that is coming against you. Say that prayer right now, I am in covenant agreement with you.

197 We are continuing our teaching on The 12 Principles For Strict Success and we have labeled this principle, under the direction of the Holy Spirit, Measure Your Kingdom. Now I am going to give you some biblical information about why that applies to the title. I am going to catalog it in a way that it can be more

constructive for you, but this principle of measure your kingdom is a ancient principle. One that has been used by the ancients and it is also a principle that is used more in the Book of Revelation than it is in any other principle, mainly because the powers of the events of Revelation draw directly on this divine ancient principle.

When you learn how to measure your kingdom, what you are going to be taught in this particular segment of the principles, you can learn how to set up fences, walls, borders and goalposts whereby the Great Deceiver cannot cross .
Not only that but also this principle will teach you how to employ another power other than just the power of the word of God or the power of the Holy Spirit. Now having said that, all of you church folks, I have to prove that, because you know that you are not going for that. Turn to the Book of Psalm 90:9. If I can

convince you that Almighty God has sent me here to teach you, and I have to convince you of that, you are going to be powerful. Accept this principle, this is
going to bless you; this is going to add power to you. We are going to have stronger representation of Christ Jesus in the earth because of this 12th principle for strict success.

Psalm 90:9 says, For all of our days have passed away in thy wrath: we spend our

years as a tale is told. Now watch this, verse 10 says, The days of our years are threescore years and ten;. (Now in just a moment I am going to tell you about the

198 missionary number, the mission of man, the ministers assistant number is 70 or three score years and 10). The verse says, and if by reason of strength they be

fourscore years, (which is 80) yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off and we fly away. Verse 11 says, Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.

Lets watch Psalm 90:12, because I am going to repeat this over the next 6 or 7 segments of this teaching just so that you all wont run away from it. You didnt know this was in the Bible and now you are being told and you want to run away from it. Watch Psalm 90:12 very carefully. I told you that the title of this

segment of the principle that Almighty God has given to me is measure your kingdom. That is to set the boundaries and the limitations not on how little you can do but how much you are going to accomplish. How broad, how wide, how wide sweeping and how encompassing you desire your kingdom to be. Measure it and then live in it. Psalm 90:12 says, So teach us to number our days (which is to measure our days). So that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. Do you see what the Psalmist said? This is a psalm of Moses by the way; Moses said teach us how to measure our days. So if you measure out your kingdom or measure your

days, which is a part of your kingdom, you can then apply your hearts to wisdom.
I know this is going to take a little time to understand, but I want you to hear this because it is an ancient, divine, and powerful principle. You can use the power of the word of God, there is power in the blood, there is power in the Holy Spirit, but there is also a power in this divine ancient principle called measure your kingdom. So looking at various segments of power, (you see when you employ

199 these numbers that I am going to tell you such as 7, 12, 70, 3, 40, 50 or 120, when you employ these numbers you will see the power.

Lets say you are going to build a new church, dont put 38 seats in it or 64 seats in it. Whatever you do, dont put 66 seats in your church. Dont put 66 on it if you are building a church, and look at the numbers on the street or the next number coming up. If it is 666, build your church somewhere else. Do you understand what I am saying? Dont employ numbers that are already going to destroy you and defeat you. If you are building a church, then put in 120 seats or 1200. You build a church that will hold 1200 people or 4,000 people, but dont build one that will hold somewhere in between. Well, 2400 people would be good, but watch out for those in between number. You see if you are establishing a business, hire 12

employees, or make an arrangement. You see, what happens is that these numbers already have a built in ancient divine power that were established before you were even born.

Let me give you some more biblical examples we started with earlier. First, I want to just go through the numbers of the power.

1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

Number 3 is the number of divine strength. Number 7 is the number of divine completion. Number 12 is the number of humanity, not divinity, but humanity. Number 40 is the number of human endurance. Number 50 is the number of heavenly knowledge.

200 6. Number 70 is the number for the missionary or the mission of man. The days of a man are 3 score years and 10, which are 70 and that is his mission on earth.

Then of course, there is another group of numbers that we are going to use that apply to the New Testament application of the number 120. I am going to spend a little time explaining to you what each one of those numbers mean.

For instance, lets say you are going to build a church and you are going to make it 120 x 70. I am going to show you by the way when God told Ezekiel to measure

the temple how the temple was measured out in a distinctive way.

When you employ these principles, such as buying the purchase of land that is 120 x 70 you are getting ready to establish a foundation that has not only consecrated dimension, but it already has a built in power and will keep the devil from coming across the fence and jumping into your church when you use these principles. Again, Jesus didnt choose 8 disciples, He choose 12. I want you to begin to try

and understand this ancient and divine principle. Psalms 90:12 says, So teach us to number our days so that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. So teach us
to measure our kingdom. That is to say that you can prophesize into your life a certain number of years. You can prophesize a certain number of blessings of houses and then by using this secret ancient divine principle, you can know what buildings to stay way from.

Stay away from building with certain numbers on them.

Stay away from

properties, circumstances, or purchasing a car at a certain price. Or if you going to

201 teach, if you are a preacher or teacher, then make sure that every teaching that you do is complete. If it takes seven segments do it in completion, dont leave anything that needs to be completed uncompleted. If you are going to do anything that reflects to human endurance, understand that number of human endurance. What this will do, is now you not only have the word of God as a power, not only have the blood of Jesus, the Holy Spirit but now you are employing another divine principle. Principles that Jesus used, that Peter used, that Moses used, that Jacob used, that Abraham used, and that the angels use all the time and that God has used. I mean this is a divine principle of power. I am going to show you how to upscale and overcome your competition, how to overcome the works of the Great Deceiver, and how to keep him from coming across your fence.

Again, this 12th principle for strict success is called measure your kingdom. This is to say, you should set the boundaries of your kingdom, possession, your health, make claims using a ancient divine yet biblical principle. This is a heavenly principle actually. It is a principle that is used all the time by the angels and of course, Abraham, Moses Sarah, Jacob, and Joseph used it. There is an interesting teaching about Joseph and the number of years he lived, which I think was 110 and Moses lived 120, whether or not the 70 and 50 should be added as opposed to 70 and 40 in terms of the number of years of a man. I will get into this a little bit later on.

Measure your kingdom. Remember we taught you earlier from the teachings of the Psalms 90:12 that says, So teach us to measure the number of our days so

that we may apply our hearts to wisdom. See there is certain numbers that are
already established with power and the power of these numbers cannot be

202 challenged by any power from the Great Deceiver. There is no power in the

universe that can overthrow the significance of these numbers. For instance, the number 3 is the number of divine strength. The number 7 is the number of divine completion. The number 12 is the number of humanity and number 40 is the number of human endurance. I am going to explain all of those numbers to you in just a second, but I want to remind you about the use of this principle. The Lord is calling upon us to use this principle and I use it all of the time. In fact, what you now have is another force. Someone else could be using the blood, the word and the Holy Spirit but they are not using and employing this divine principle. I look for these signals and signs in everything I do.

One day I decided to go through the gospels and pick out verses that had to do with using the numbers 17, 2, 3, 12, and 40 to see what they all taught me. Here, let me explain this to you. Lets go to Matthew 18:21. Let me show you something about these divine principles and how to measure your kingdom. It says, Then

came Peter unto him and said Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against thee and I forgive him and Peter said to Jesus seven times?

Listen, have you ever had some people just keep messing up day after day, and every time they mess up, did you know you are suppose to forgive your brother? Peter is saying to Jesus, is there a limit to the number of times that I am suppose to forgive this fellow, and he said its seven times. The reason he said seven times is because the ancient Rabbis taught, the sons of Zadok and all that crowd and the priest that came out of Antioch, they taught that you can forgive seven times. Then, if they do something the eighth time, you do not have to forgive them, and

203 so Peter wanted to know from Jesus was that indeed the limit? Now check out what Jesus said, because seven was the time of completion.

If you forgive somebody seven times for something, you have completed your obligation to God because seven is the divine number of completion, so taught the priest of Antioch, and the priest of Zadok, and all the Rabbis. They taught that if you forgave somebody seven times, you have completed your obligation to them forever. But here is what Jesus taught in the verse, and Jesus said unto him, I

say unto thee not until seven (now Jesus are you changing the teachings of the
ancient, are you changing the teachings of the priests of Zadok and the Antioch, are you changing those teachings out of the Antioch priestly kingdom?) Jesus said, not until seven times, but until seventy times seven. You know seventy times 7 is 490 times.

Fairly soon, during the spring of the year, I am going to call for what I would like to establish with our ministry The 49ers Club. 490 is the number of times Jesus said that one ought to forgive and actually the number 49 while it is not an ancient divine biblical principle, it is a number of 7x7 which is the number of completion, but Jesus said not only 7x7 but 7x70, which is the 490 times that one should be forgiven.

Do you think it is just coincidence that Jesus used that number, when Peter said Lord show me how to measure the power of forgiveness? The translation shows me how to measure the limit of forgiveness. What is the limit of forgiveness? I want to measure the limit of forgiveness, Peter said to Jesus. Is it seven times? Is that the measure of forgiveness, Peter said to Jesus? And Jesus said in verse

204 22, No, not seven times, that is not the limit that is not the measurement. The true measurement of man-to-man forgiving one another is seven times seventy. Do you think those numbers are coincidental? No, they are not. That is the measure of the forgiveness.

I tell you if I had to forgive somebody 490 times, somewhere around 110 times, I figure rather than forgiving you for what you are doing, I am going to teach you how not to do it no more. Do you see what I am saying? Rather than have to forgive you everyday and have you send me through these changes, it would probably take me a 100 times to wise up to it, but I figure I would be better off to try to teach the person not to do it any more, and that way I would not have to forgive him any more. Do you follow what I am saying? So you would never exhaust the 490. Do you hear what I am saying? This is a great principle when you come

to think of it because what it does, is that it says that you are going to teach this person and show why what they are doing is wrong. However, if you
can get by with just seven times, you can probably survive seven times. I believe what I am trying to help you to understand here is that Jesus applied these principles. We have pretty much lost the understanding of them in our present day approach to the Bible. Let me give you one more illustration that we dealt with earlier.

Number 7, of course, is the number of divine completion and that is the one we are dealing with right now. But let me give you another one from Luke 9:13, look at what it says, But he said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they said,

We have no more but five loaves and two fishes: except we should go and buy meat for all this people. Remember earlier I was teaching that the five loaves and two

205 fishes made up a total of seven. Jesus used another divine principle for there were about 5,000 men, and He said to His disciples make them sit down by companies of 50. Now you know that there were 12 disciples. He said make them sit down by companies of 50. Why did he say 50? Because 50 is the number of

heavenly knowledge and what He is getting ready to do is that He is getting ready

to feed them heavenly Manna. He is going to bless the food just like the Manna in the heaven came down in the wilderness, the heavenly food. So He said make them sit down in companies of 50. Now when you employ the 7 and the 50, you are getting ready to bring in the power of God.

The thing that I want to make mention of is this. They said after they had blessed the five loaves and two fishes, they took up twelve baskets of fragments. Notice there is a consistent use of these numbers, and I think that most of you all are in agreement that the number 12 was used by Jesus all of the time. The number 3 is used by God all of the time. The number 7 everybody knows is a number of However, I dont think you

completion and I think all of you know that.

understand that you can use these numbers the same way Almighty God uses them in order to add a goal post or to set and measure the limit of the kingdom in which you live.

Now let me just give you some practical information. You know if you are going to start a business, look for your address to be a numbered address that will correspond to a number that is already set up in heaven. If you are going to build a foundation to a house, dont just build it because the architect said to build it this way or that way, you say no I want the foundation of my house to be 120 x 70 feet. Use these divine principles if you are going to have a number of suits, or if you are

206 going to pay a price for something that is very special that is going to be used in a sacred way. Try to get the dimensions of these particular numbers set up in that process, because if you do, what you will be doing is incorporating an already incorporated power in the process of what you are doing. For instance, when Jesus chose the 12 disciples, had He chose 9 they would have been most ineffective. So He chose the number of humanity, like the 12 sons of the nation of Israel. When Moses chose 12 assistants or missionary assistants, he pulled out 70 Elders. You have to use the number that creates the divine power and the Great Deceiver cannot come across your fence, when you use those numbers. Remember, I also told you that when you go to Psalms 90:12 you will notice that it says: So teach us to measure our days, so that we may apply our

hearts to wisdom. I am going to teach you how to measure your kingdom, so you
can live in divine wisdom.

Now if you will notice, I teach in groups of 3, 7, or 12. I have done some teaching in groups of 40, which is sort of rare. But, when I teach, I use a divine principle, either I have the 7 mountains, or the 7 trials or the 12 principles, which we are presently teaching. Now wouldnt it be in the interest of the Almighty God to

convince you of the divinity of these principles, to wait until we get to principle 12 to now deal with the understanding of the ancient divine principle of measuring your kingdom? Whereby we can now apply these numbers that have
this divine and immutable power already attached to them. You can then bring to the table a weapon that most people dont have. When you understand how to use this divine principle of measuring your kingdom, you bring to the bargaining table a weapon that other people dont have and dont know about.

207 I tell you when God fights the battle, all the battles of Armageddon, when He fights the battle of the Great Deceiver in the glories and in the heavens; He uses all the powers of the divine principle of measuring your kingdom. He pulls out seven vials, He sounds seven trumpets, there are seven thunderings, and I mean He uses every one of these principles as a battle strategy. If you go through the Book of Revelation, you will see that in every battle that is fought in the Bible, that Almighty God uses these divine principles to win the battle. He comes to the

battleground with a principle that the Great Deceiver cannot defeat . Seven
trumpets, seven vials, seven thunderings, and He pours them out. The sevens, and the sevens, and He continues to beat the living daylights out of the Great Deceiver with these principles. You can use them as well; you can bring them to your bargaining table. You can take them on your job; you can use them in your home. You can use them in your teaching. You can measure out the notes of a song, dont go pass 12 notes or 7 notes, when you are writing or when you are singing, or you can take 12 breaths before praying. You can use these principles in so many ways, and the Holy Ghost will show you how to bring this divine power to the table.

Now what I want to do is deal with principle 12, because it is the number of humanity. Let me explain to you what I mean by that being the number of

humanity. Remember there were 12 tribes of the Son of Israel, is that right? Twelve tribes of the Sons of Jacob, of course there was a mixed multitude, they were not all born of Jewish mothers, Leah and Rachel. I taught you that earlier. But what happened was that each one of the sons represented a profession or the only ordained professions in all of Gods kingdom. There are only 12 things or professions that a man can do.

208 For instance, the profession of the priests or the Levities, if you are a Levite or a Priest, you are also a doctor and a teacher. You see under the category of the priest, the priestly tribe is also the doctors because they are healers. You remember when Jesus said to the lepers go and show yourself to the priests, (Matt. 8:4) because the priest was charged with the responsibility of

prescriptions for leprosy, prescriptions for healing. He also stated whether you could come into the camp, whether you were unclean or clean; the priest was able to quarantine off the entire camp of all the other tribes. You see there are only

12 professions ordained of God, there are not 13 or 11, and there are only 12 professions. So 12 is the number of humanity. So when God got ready to
choose disciples to go, represent, and teach each segment of humanity, He chose 12. Had He only chose 10, then two representations of humanity would have been left unrepresented. Jesus knew what He was doing, and you have to know that he knew what he was doing.

Preachers, let me say something to you. Go through your Bible and pick out the 12th chapter and then pick out the 12th verse, or pick out the 12th chapter and the 7th verse, or the 12th chapter and the 3rd verse and teach it. Go through your Bible and use that combination, I am telling you, that you are going to preach with fire and power like you have never seen before. Use 40 weeks of preaching verses that correspond to these examples. For instance Psalms 90:12 says, So

teach us to number our days Now number our days means to measure, number is
a measure.

So the translation of the word numbers mean so teach us to

measure our days and by days he is not just talking about his life, which we ultimately end up understanding, but he is talking about the kingdom in which we live. Teach us to measure our kingdom so that we may apply our hearts to

209 wisdom. Then it says this, If the years of man, which is the missionary years,

are three score years and ten which is 70; God has measured the years of a man
as to three score years and ten, which is 70.

But let me talk a little bit more about number 12, which is the number of humanity. It is the number of the 12 tribes; it is the number of the 12 disciples; it represents the human existence. Now I want you all to hear this real good. If you are in a business, that reaches out to the public and you want to be able to be diverse, (many of you are so prejudice and so cultural orientated, I mean you are always promoting your culture) but, if you want to reach all of humanity, understand and apply the number 12. Now God will show you how to do this if you want to reach men, women, children, the old, and young. That is, you want to reach every segment of society with your business. You want to be able to sell to

every segment of society, unless you have a target group . If you have a target
group, then it needs to be with the 3, 7, 12, 40, 50 and 70, I dont know, but what I think that what I am trying to say, if you have a business and you want all of humanity to come through your doors, set-up principles along 12. Make your egg rolls sandwiches $1.20, or make your evening meals $12.00 or your lunch $7.00. What this does, is that you are now in agreement with what God has already established long before you were ever born, and you will find that you are going to be very successful.

Now listen, I want to put another tool in your hand. I want to give you a weapon that cannot be defeated. I have been teaching you about how to measure your kingdom. I have been teaching people that if you are going to build a church or a house, dont use the architects numbers for your rooms or for the number of

210 doors and windows, dont use the architects number, use these divine numbers of 3, 7, 12, 40, 50, 70 and 120. Whatever might be your endeavor, whether it be a business, or you are selling dresses, or you selling ice cream etc., if you are going to put up a business on a street, look for the 7th street, cross town. Look for a street number 7, that kind of thing and put your business at number 77 Street. What you are doing is that you will be employing a power.

Lets go back to Psalm 90, because I have some doubters out there. The Bible says in Psalm 90:10, The days of our years are three score years and ten. A score is 20 and three scores is 60 +10 = 70. I am going to tell you about number 70, which is the missionary number, but not now. I am teaching number 40, which is the number of human endurance. Now, verse 12 says, So teach us to number

our days If we figure that we are only going to live 70 years, then we need to
measure our kingdoms, that we may apply our hearts to wisdom.

If you will remember earlier, I taught you all how in the Book of Revelation that every battle that was fought, was fought with the dimensions of divines numbers; 7 trials, the 7 angels, the 7 trumpets, and the 7 vials.

Every battle that was

fought in the book of Revelations is fought in this numerical divine ancient principle power. Go in the book of Revelation and you will see that in every battle
God used these divine principles. When He got ready to defeat the Great

Deceiver, He put a completion on him in every way. You can have the same power with you, in everything that you do! I told you before, I always teach in groups of 3, 7 or 12. I look for the opportunity to employ these divine numbers. For instance, when Jesus got ready to choose His disciples, He chose 12 because 12 is the number of humanity.

211

Now we are going to teach you about the number 40 of human endurance. By human endurance, I mean when the human experience has gone as far as it can go, then the spirit takes over. Let me give you an example of what I am talking about. Lets go to Matt. 4:1-. It says, Then was Jesus led up of the spirit into the

wilderness to be tempted of the devil You have to keep the devil from coming
across your fence. Tell the devil dont come cross my fence, dont get in my yard, dont open my gate, and dont knock on my door! In Matt. 4:2 it says, And when

he fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungered.

Jesus, everybody knows fasted for 40 days in the wilderness before He started His earthly ministry. When He went those 40 days, He had to exhaust Himself of all of His humanness. When He did that, He was now ready to operate in the divine. Again, 40 is the number of the human endurance. A woman can carry a child only 40 weeks and after that 40 weeks, she humanly cannot hold onto that child any longer, and the child humanly has to come into his own human experience. If a doctor finds out that a woman has a child in her womb for more than 40 weeks, he goes in and takes that baby out of there, because 40 is the limit of the human endurance. After 40 weeks are completed, a man-child is ready to come into the earth and the woman can no longer operate or hold onto that child.

Moses fasted 40 days.

In fact the formulation of the nation of Israel, the

teachings of The 10 Commandments of God, and all of the commands that were given up on the mount, were given to Moses in the 40 days when he was up there on Mount Sinai with God. When he came down, he brought with him the commands

212 that formed the greatest nation and has built nations and kingdoms around the earth. Again, I want to state that 40 is the number of the human endurance.

God spoke to the nation of Israel that came up out of Egypt, out of slavery on that night of Passover, and crossed the Red Sea with an outstretched arm. God dried up the Red Sea, and when they said that they were not going into the Canaan land, He said your carcasses and your bodies would drop dead here in this wilderness. (Num. 14:29) It took 40 years, which is the end of the human endurance. At the end of the 40 years, their humanness was gone and the next generation was able to go in. 40 is the number of the human endurance. Now you know about fasting for 40 days. It also rained for 40 days and 40 nights, when God got ready to get rid of the human expression. The Book of Genesis tells of Noah and the flood that ensued when it rained for 40 days and 40 nights and wiped out that entire human race. It wiped out the entire human race. So let me ask you a question then, since you are listening. If God uses these numbers in order to advance His kingdom, why dont you? I use them all of the time. You see the Holy Ghost is going to show you how to apply these numbers, these ancient divine principles.

The principle of divine strength is 3. The principle of divine completion is 7. The principle of humanity itself is 12. The principle of the end of human endurance is 40. The principle of heavenly knowledge is 50. The principle of the mission of man is 70; and the principle of divine, super natural aspect of man is 120. Ask the Lord to show you how to bring all of these divine principles to the table. Isnt it interesting that now that we have reached the 12th principles for strict success, that we are talking about these divine ancient principles that have been used by Abraham, Moses and Joseph? They all understood these and they would not take

213 13 steps, they would only take 12; they wouldnt take 11, they would make sure they took 12. If a man only had 10 sons, he could not be the father of the nations; he had to have 12. It was a very powerful teaching. Let me also say, set the

boundaries of your kingdom not by limitations, or how little your kingdom is going to be, but set it of how wide, great, and big it is going to be. But, more importantly set up walls around your kingdom so that the Great Deceiver cannot come over your fence.

All right, praise the Lord, we want to try to conclude the teaching of The 12

Principles For Strict Success and this is the 12th principle called, measure your
kingdom. By the title measure your kingdom, I dont mean to limit it to a small

kingdom, but to measure it as a great and vast expanse. By kingdom I also mean

your life, your property, your influence and presentation, and the things that you do to contribute to human kind in the service of Almighty God . As you
serve the Lord, their are contributions that naturally flow into the lives of other people as a result of your devoted service unto Almighty God, that is your kingdom. A number of things are gathered unto you; property is gathered unto you, possessions are gathered unto you and, of course a good name is gathered unto you, as well.

When we say, measure your kingdom, I want to teach you this principle. It is an ancient and divine principle that has always been used. In fact, it was this principle that the Almighty God employed when He established the earth. He established it in a 7-day principle, or a 7-day measure. He measured each day, and on the 7th day all was well, all was done, and all had been established. He used the principle 7 in

214 order to establish the kingdom of the earth. So this principle has always been employed.

I think that we, as the people of the Lord and the Bible need to be aware of the fact that there are principles that were in place before God said let there by light. We need to understand that, and a lot of what I see going on in the Church, and other religious teachings, they do not acknowledge this fact. There were principles that brought the earth into being and place, and one of the things that we do in terms of the teaching that we do here, is that we employ those principles. We teach them and we teach them from the word of God because

they are all in the word of God. The other thing that we do is give a heavy dose
of the understanding of the Old Testament. I find a large number of people fail to appreciate the Old Testament as well because it is within the realm of the Bible that we find a large portion of Gods strength.

Now, measure your kingdom puts in your hand a tool. I am giving to you a tool, in fact all 12 of these principles of strict success are tools placed in your hand, and if you work it, you will be successful, powerful, and blessed. Really this principle might be what you want to consider a 5th dimension. little bit later on. I am going to explain that a

Again, I would like to talk about the principle of 40 as the limit of human endurance. There are several segments of 40, which are in the Bible that The first segment of 40 is the

demonstrates the limit of human endurance.

number 40, as you will recognize when God caused the rain to fall upon the earth for 40 days and 40 nights. I want to show you something here and I want to put a

215 tool in your hand. I want to give you a gift. All 12 of these principles when you study them and you really appreciate them and receive them youre going to become a powerful person. This is so critical for us because we have received the elementary education about salvation and the blood and we are not always understanding of the higher level or dimensions in which God can lead, teach, and show us. So what I want to do is put a tool in your hand to make you an even

more powerful person.

When Almighty God got ready to destroy the earth, He caused a rain to fall upon the earth for 40 days and 40 nights. It rained all day and all night for 40 days and 40 nights and at the end of the 40 days, God then declared that all flesh had been destroyed saved those 8 souls, Noah and his family. God caused the rain to fall 40 days and 40 nights because 40 is the limit of human endurance. It is the limit of human endurance. God understands that, whether you understand it or not, but he understands it and so therefore he caused the rain to fall for 40 days and 40 nights. You know that this is biblical and you may not understand the principle

of why it happened that way.

Also, when God got ready to destroy the people of the nation of Israel, who refused to go into that goodly land, the land that was flowing with milk and honey and He had promised to their great, great grandfather, Abraham. When they said that we are not going into that land for the giants are there, when they said that, God said alright, your bodies are going to fall here in wilderness. God said that 40 years will be the length of your travail and at the end of the 40 years everybody whether they were 80 or 40 died there in the wilderness because 40 was again the measure. God was using His own principle not an arbitrary principle; but the

216 sentence God used was a consistent sentence of human endurance. So He

sentenced them 40 years and said, ye shall die; 40 days, 40 nights, and all flesh shall be destroyed off the earth. Forty (40) years and all flesh that came out of Egypt shall die only the flesh that was born in the wilderness shall traverse Jordan into the Promised Land.

I am trying to help you understand because as you have made note of, we are talking about measure your kingdom. We have gone over several measurements of divinity, Numbers 3, 7, 12, and now we are at number 40, as the measure. Of course, one of the anchor verses of this is Psalm 90:12 and the psalmist of Moses teaching says, So teach us to measure our days that we may apply our

hearts unto wisdom.

The building that we now own as our church building is in a zip code of 10027. This is a very powerful and distinctive zip code to be in 1, 2 and 7. One of the things that I noticed when we got ready to purchase this building, not so much what the street address was because that would have confused the issue. But I noticed the block and lot numbers are on that property that we own. The block number is 1721 and then the lot number, according to the way the New York City divides its parcels of land, is lot number 31. So the block number is 1721, and the lot number is 31. These are all very powerful numbers upon which our church property rests. It is very important that you understand how to measure your kingdom.

Now I am going to take you over to the book of Ezekiel and show you how God told Ezekiel to measure the temple. I also want you to understand that the gates and that heaven itself has indeed a measurement; and there are 12 gates and 12

217 ways in which you are able to enter into the kingdom of heaven by the 12 gates which is the number of humanity. Are you still with me?

Now, what I want to try to help you to do from this point on is to understand further the aspect that 40 is the limit of human endurance. Again, you will remember that Moses at the end of his 40 years in the wilderness found God, Jehovah God on the back end of Mount Hored, there at the burning bush. Go to Exodus 3, and you can read the entire event.

Also you will notice as we move along, that God uses and employs the principle of 40 as a limit of human endurance. It was the limit of Jesus in Matthew 4, His time of fasting in the wilderness before the administering angles came to attend to him. It was 40 days and 40 nights that Jesus fasted. I want to show you something very interesting that the Apostle Paul makes mention of in II Corinthians 11:24, I just want to quickly point this up. I want to show you the measurement of the understanding that the Rabbis understood this principle years ago and it was employed in a large number of ways. That 40 was the limit of human endurance. Or if a man was to be punished, or if he was to be beaten, in Deuteronomy the verse is given that you are to beat a man with 40 stripes. (Deut. 25:3)

If you look in II Corinthians 11:24 Paul says of the Jews, (he is talking about his many beatings, his stoning, his time of nakedness and peril that he suffered at the hands of those who were none believers) but he says of the Jews in II Corinthians 11:24; five times received I forty stripes save one. The reason why he was only beaten with 39 stripes is because it was understood that a man could only

218 endure, his human, his limit of human endurance was 40. If you beat him with 40 stripes, per chance he might die, but must assuredly it would be considered cruel and unusual punishment to beat a man more than 40 times. So several times when they didnt like what Paul was preaching, they would call him, they would beat him, and they would beat him with 39 stripes. At the end of the 39 stripes or 3x13, they would stop beating him because one more stripe, 40 would have been the end of his human endurance, and who knows, he may have died with just one more stripe, whipping or beating. It might have killed him.

I think what I am trying to express to you is that you can use these principles. Just like I told you that the footprint of our church property has

distinctive numbers 17, 21, and 31. Look for those numbers and employ them. As you will notice, I do teachings in groups of 12, 7 or 3. I have always employed these principles. I have a book called 70 letters to ATLAH that I wrote. I could have written 30 letters or 25 letters to ATLAH but even then, I knew that the missionary number of man was 70, so I used distinctively that number which gives an added power to the things that are already in place. Also, when you employ these divine principles, the Great Deceiver has no power to come against you. See

the number themselves are not emotional, they have no feelings, and they make no decisions except that which has already been decided about them .
You see, the Great Deceiver can tell you a lie, and get you all excited and cause you to fly off at the handle and run out the church and make a big mistake with your life. But, these principles do not respond to that.

Therefore, the understanding that they have no ability to be influenced for good or evil is accurate all of the time. So we want to help you understand to

219 measure your kingdom, to employ these principles, you will probably need to order the tape and get these teachings and listen to them over, and over again. I mean all of the principles from 1 to 12 because as you do that, you are going to become more successful. This will help you to be able to have the kind of power,

understanding, and ability that you need and have been lacking.

So 40 is one, and now 50 is also a number of power. Actually, the more accurate translation of 50 is 5, when is the Penta, which says you understand that the spheres of the earth, the north, south, east and west, upon which we make our traverse and have our interaction. These spheres north, south, east, and west have a four-sided sphere. But the Penta is a fifth dimension. The Penta is a fifth dimension of our understanding. So the five books of Moses are the books that God gave to him in terms of the dimensions in which they were to be taught with great understanding.

Lets move on to number 70, which is the missionary number. As we have looked at 40 as the limit of human endurance and 12 as the number of humanity. I was talking with a Jewish real estate agent the other day, and I said to him that there are only 12 professions in all of human kind. because no one had ever expressed that to him. He was amazed that I said that,

Actually, if you look carefully at the word of God, you will notice that Jesus chose 12 disciples, because each one of those disciples represented a segment of humanity. I taught also that one of those disciples, Judas, failed. He sold out our Lord and Savior for 30 pieces of silver. He had a very jealous heart, and that bad heart in him led to Judas downfall. Therefore, he failed. So I then concluded

220 without being led by the Holy Ghost, I make it clear when Jesus speaks to me and tells me something or the Holy Ghost tells me, I tell you that God said. I am not saying that God said this, but I am making my own conclusion.

The other day when I said that very possibly that 1/12 of humanity will end up in hell and the other 11/12 will end up in the presence of God; representative of the fact that the Judas represents a segment of humanity. Now I did not tell you God told me that, dont say that I did. If God tells me something, whether you receive it or not. I will say to you quite clearly, that God said to me to tell you, but I am

not saying to you God told me to say that 1/12 of humanity will fail. I concluded as a result of the fact that each one of those disciples represented a segment of humanity, and then we also need to understand very possibly that Judas failure is possibly a segment of humanity that will fail. It is a more accurate understanding of what hell would be like, more so than saying well 60% or 50% failed and went to hell. More likely its probably 1/12 will not make it. I dont know whom and I am certainly not judging who is going to make it. I simply gave that conclusion, as 12 being the number of humanity and the gates into the city are 12 gates.

Now lets quickly move to number 70. 70 is the mission number, the missionary

number, or the mission ministers assistant number. 70 is the missionary number

of man. It is the number of a mans life. The Bible says in Psalm 90:10, the days

of our years are threescore and ten Now a score is 20 and threescore is 60 and
10 equals 70. The Bible in the Old Testament measures out a mans life, as we are to measure our kingdom.

221 By the way I am not going to have time to take you to Eze. 40, 41-42, but you

make a special note of that and then study it for yourself, and you will see that the Lord has placed in Ezekiels hand a measuring rod to measure the temple. There are several measurements within that structure of Ezekiels measurement that will help us define and understand the character of the presence of the spirit and the power of God. The power and the character of gold, the power and

character of possessions, and the power and the character of those things already instilled that are within the structure of the temple of God. The very foundation itself and its influence by the measurement thereof. The measuring rod that was

placed in the mans hand will help us understand this, but you are not ready for that teaching just yet, we will get to that.

Now 70 is the missionary number of a man. A man is expected to live 70 years and at the end of that if he lives 4 score years, which is 80, the Bible says their strength, labor, and sorrow will soon be cut off and fly away. He will die, even if he lives past 70. 70 is a missionary number. You will notice that Jesus sent out

initially 70 missionaries. He sent them out. They were not true disciples, they were missionaries, and 70 is the missionary number.

Now, the item is that you will notice in the Book of Numbers that when Moses complained to God, that he needed some assistance. God gave him 70 Elders to assist him. Of course, you will notice at the fountain of Elim, there were 70 palm trees and 12 fountains of water. If you go to the Bible, it is right there in Num. 33:10. In Elim there were 70 palm trees and 12 fountains of water. It was a delightsome place as they were traversing in the wilderness. After they had been in the wilderness all this time, Almighty God allowed the children of Israel to come

222 into this delightsome place that had these 12 crystal fountains of water, and 70 palm trees. He gave the nation some reprieve from their journey in the wilderness. But 70 is the missionary number of man. It is the limit of a mans life. I want to get that into you.

In Numbers 11:25-26, God took the spirit that was upon Moses and put it upon 70 of the Elders. Actually those men could have gone to the Red Sea, the Jordan River, or any place else and the same thing that Moses was able to do they could have done. Now there was some distinction in that group and they were not

fully aware of what had taken place, but they really had the life of Moses upon them and they could have performed as Moses performed.
70 is the

missionary number of man so says the Book of Psalm 90:12 and it generally is the length of days that men live, some less, some more.

Then, of course, if the Lord lets you live 120 years then of course you are really blessed and that was the number of years that Moses lived. The Bible says this

and 120 is also the founding number of the church when it got started on the day of Pentecost.

There is a lot more that can be said about this teaching on how to measure your kingdom and how to employ these principles you will be an astounding success. I know that if you will pray and study these teachings, all twelve

principles, not just measure your kingdom, because without employing denial, truth, rising early, being faithful over a few things, asking, change, and all the others, because without employing them then this principle means absolutely nothing at all to you. There is a consistency to the plan of God. I recommend that you study

223 them and then, of course, go forward to glorify the Lord that you will be a shining example of an unusual power that is demonstrated in you because you have another world understanding that comes from the throne room of God itself.

So I

encourage you to study these principles and be blessed by them. The Lord has
set them in order that we might be a better and a greater people.

I have enjoyed spending this time with you and teaching The 12 Principles For

Strict Success. I pray that they have been a blessing to you.
