(1) It is requested with the institution applying for VGST grant to prepare & submit the proposal only in the PRESCRIBED VGST FORMAT (available in VGST website: www.vgst.in) which will facilitate quick processing and selection of the proposals. (2) (3) (4) (5) Any proposal submitted to VGST without a soft copy (CD/DVD) of the proposal will not be accepted. VGST grant shall not be utilized for organizing Workshops/ Seminars/ Conferences/ Orientation & Training programmes. VGST grant shall not be utilized for the purchase of equipment which are not included in the Justification for the Purchase (Proforma-A3). Any proposal not adhering to the above stated requirements will not be considered for the VGST grant.
