Experience & Achievements {Full time :Total 10 years industrial, 1 year teaching Part time : Total 4 years industrial, 2 years social organizational.} 1) Working at present in SIMS Ghargoan MBA college as lecturer had joined from June 2009 teaching subjects of MBA I AND MBA II for IT, MIS, MLM, PRODUCTION & MFG MGMT, CTC,IBM,EDPM, helped if required in some portion of statistics, well versed in HR and personnel mgmt. 2) Help of work At Present as an co-ordinator in a NGO , WDEC organization which is facilitating HIV/TB-coordination, Small scale industrial teachings in village groups, teaching and training for women etc. Was working with this NGO since last 2 years on part time basis. 3) worked from Sep 2007 till Feb 2008 as Assistant Manager(HR), in Epitome Components pvt ltd, a PCB manufacturing company (6 months) 4) Worked as Personnel Manager in Evangeline Booth hospital(A charitable mission hospitalof Salvation Army Organization) Ahmednagar since March 2005 till august 2007 and the work allotted is with reporting to the Administrator of the Hospital. a) Supervision of class-iv (housekeeping staff) and maintenance workers.
