How are you able to balance the constant pulls on your time (email,phone calls, being stopped in the halls, meetings,etc) with focusing on the big goals you have for your school? Describe one learning experience you have had this year. How do you maintain communication with your staff? How would you like the community to view your school. What are you doing to share your vision for the school with the community? What is the one thing about your school that makes you the most hopefull?

1. As an administrator, how do you use technology to fulfill your duties? 2. Five years ago, you realized your dream of making our school a one-to-one laptop high school. Do you see this changing in the next 1-3 years? How/Why or Why not? 3. One of your Special Teams of teachers and administrators has been looking at Alternative Courses & School. Would you please share what your vision for this looks like. How do you anticipate getting "buy in" from the teachers? Students? Parents? 4. How do you promote the importance of technology integration to your staff in order to facilitate higher-order thinking and attaining the higher levels of Bloom's Taxonomy, in order to develop the student's learning process?
