Romney doesnt care about American workers. He supported anti-worker attacks on collective bargaining rights and plans to eliminate Medicare and Social Security as we know it. Now he supports the Republican Congressional budget that prevents protections for mineworkers, putting them at risk for Black Lung Disease and other serious injury.

As CEO of Bain Capital, Mitt Romney made millions of dollars by taking over businesses, firing workers and slashing employee benefits. In many cases, Romneys firm took huge payouts at the same time they terminated promised retirement and health benefits that employees had worked a lifetime to earn.

Taking Millions from Big Coal and Oil Companies

Romneys campaign has already taken over $3 million from Big Coal, Big Oil and Big Gas interests. Some of his closest campaign advisors make millions from coal, oil and gas companies that want to gut the safety laws, like Black Lung protections that save lives.
