he limestone llC Angus Ranch is a phenomenal ranch that consists of approximately 877 acres, surrounding the main sale cattle facility. The entirety of the acreage incorporates a large amount of pipe and steel corrals. in addition, lanes run throughout the ranchcreating easy access to all pastures. This land will be divided into 10 individual tracts; the bidders will have the option to group combinations of parcels and also split combinations apart in our Multi-Parcel land Computer Bidding System at the auction.

HOUSE: A 1,400 sq. foot home is located on the property. This home is made of 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom is newly remodeled with a large master bath and two very large walk-in closets. RECEiving BARn: located south of the main facility is a large barn with four overhead doors and drainage system throughout the entire building. Plus, indoor corrals and sorting pensoptimal facility for production practices (Artificial insemination, Embryo Transfer, etc.) or storing farm equipment.
