Ms. Janice Wolk Grenadier of _Texas or Virginia?___(not sure who's name goes in thier) submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on ___________, and in addition to the Committee on ________________ and the Workforce, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned RESOLUTION The Constitution of The United States ~ We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. Whereas the Pre amble of the Constitution does not read Republican ~ Democrat ~ Independent it reads We the People. It is now time for the People to take on the responsibility along with congress for debt reduction. Whereas the People working together can and will bring down the debt and enforce on Congress the responsibility to act responsible and to pass legislature for a Balanced Budget from here on out. Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that Congress should cut the United States' true debt burden by allowing citizens to donate to a private Trust that would then pass the money to the government to bring down the Principle of the Debt allowing a savings in interest outlay. Whereas the debt stands to exacerbate an already dire situation for citizens of the United States with regard to job creation to bring down the number of citizens that are unemployed. Whereas the average person in the United States, Loves thier country and would participate in lowering the debt with a tax deduction as they receive when they donate to the Church or other nonprofits.

Whereas if the debt was lower the interest being paid could be used to stimulate the economy and create new jobs. Giving Small Business the access to funding. Whereas there is no money for Small Business and such uncertainty within the Government and the United States, Small Business borrowers in the United States often face terms that are more severe than market conditions warrant, and additional uncertainty brought on by approaching the debt ceiling or actual default are likely to increase lenders denial of funding for Small business; Whereas in 2011, the average borrower graduating from a 4-year college left school with roughly $23,000 of student debt, but compounding this burden, only 56 percent of 2010 graduates were able to find work following completion of their studies according to a study by the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University; Whereas The United States of Americas Congress needs to concentrate on getting its finances in order to give Small Business the opportunity to create new jobs. Keeping the American Dream Alive for generations to come. Whereas as to stimulate The People of the United States to feel secure to start buying homes ~ taking vacations ~ We The People must work together to solve the crisis. But, in doing so ~ The People deserve for Congress to do their job and Pass a Bill for a Balanced Budget. Whereas in the Private sector sometimes that means Salary and Benefit restructuring. If People of the United States bail out the Government ~ The Government has a Fiduciary Responsibility to make sure there are stop gaps in place so this never happens again. Whereas Until the People of the United States feel comfortable and secure in their work place we will not see an increase in home buying and investing in America by The People, the housing and mortgage finance markets will remain very sluggish. Whereas Economic Growth in Technology & Energy can bring America out of this Financial Crisis. Government owes the People of the United States to look at its restrictions on businesses and to ask if they are being over burdensome. The Government owes the People of the United States to consider having committees that arent just Congressman & Senators but 1/10th of each committee with a minimum of 1 Person should be appointed to oversee what Congress is doing and answer the unknown questions they may have about the Industry that they are making decisions for. Whereas each child who comes of age whether they graduate from collage or not deserve the opportunity to Live the American Dream ~ A job ~ Home ownership ~ 2 kids ~ a dog LOL

Resolved, That it is the sense of the House of Representatives that-1. A Trust be established that is overseen by The People that will pay down the Principle of the Debt 2. That the People will be given the same tax deduction they are given when they donate to a charity ~ church. 3. That the Congress will pass a Balanced Budget Plan with stop gaps that will go into effect 4. That Lay People will be brought in to help Congress when they are deciding on guide lines for Business that will cost more for the Business or will loose American jobs.
