Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering MBA Preferred. At least 5 years experience in execution and maintenance of premier residential townships and buildings. Responsibilities: Leading a team of maintenance and construction engineers of Civil, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Acoustics and communications disciplines. Planning and execution of township projects Maintenance of estates. Overall supervision of Hostel operations. Manager (Net Working) (Pay Scale: 15600-39100 with GP of Rs.5400/-) Min Gross ) Package Rs.4.30 Lac p.a. Engineering Graduate in Computer Science with good exposure of maintaining campus networking LAN, I.P. base exchange Internet and E-Governance. Responsibilities: Maintaining the whole campus networking connectivity along with electrical and audio video activity.
