1. What is the market gap being addressed by Jamcracker?
The Jamcracker IT Management Platform aims to enable real-time business process integration among customized, packaged and net-sourced ASP offerings. The Platform eliminates the problems of pointto-point integrations by providing a hub-based infrastructure that simplifies the integration of each new application of a companys IT portfolio. An example of integration is for a net-sourced financial application can share information with an in-house order management system, or when new customer information entered in a net-sourced sales force automation (SFA) application can be synchronized real-time with in-house ERP and CRM systems. By providing a platform with pre-built components and a highly repeatable implementation methodology, such information exchanges are made possible. The foremost challenge is to make these integrated, user friendly in terms of current customers demand.in this line thousands of new born ASP vendors activities should be properly examined and to be included into partner list.
