An initial consultation to identify your companys social media needs: You will be taken
through our advanced briefng system to specifcally determine the social media needs
of your business. Through the process we wil defne your social media objectives, the
personality of your brand, the resources your business can commit to social media as
well as the best way of communicating with your specifc target market.
A basic customised social media strategy and activation plan
Combining your social media objectives, research of your target market and the industry
your business operates in, we will create a custom strategy for your business. This
strategy will determine which social media channels are most appropriate for you as well
as create an activation plan. A content guide will also be made, giving your audience a
reason to visit your online channels.
Basic profle setup and optimisation of the appropriate social media platforms
for your business
Our team will professionally set up the most appropriate social media channels for your
requirements such as Facebook, Twitter and Google+. This will include optimising each
channel to ensure maximum visibility on search engines such as Google.
A basic customised background/welcome tab for a Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or
YouTube account/page: Welcome tabs are an essential aspect of a professional social
media presence. Our experienced team will create visually appealing and strategic
backgrounds/welcome tabs for your business that are congruent with your brands
website as well as personality.
Four weeks of program management and target audience with the aim of completing
your social media objectives and solidifying your social media presence.
Train your business on how to run your social media presence in-house
The goal of this package is to establish your businesses social media presence and give
you the appropriate knowledge to manage it autonomously. To achieve this aim you
will run your own social media presence for the last month under our guidance. You will
be given a content plan and a strategy with clear and defned tasks of which you are
to complete. Your progress will be reviewed at two-week intervals with feedback being
given on actions you carried out correctly and ones that could use some improving.
After the second review you will have the necessary skills to run your social media
presence internally, this will be coupled with a content plan and strategy of the best
practices for your business. You will also have a populated, targeted and professionally
set up social media presence with a custom designed tab. This package contains all the
important aspects of a professional social media presence and is ideal for anyone who
wants to get started in social media.
Four weeks of program management and activation
We will launch your program and implement the activation plan to ensure that your
channels grow in terms of followers. This plan will include working with you to develop
ways to capture your existing customer base. From our research of your target market we
then seed your social media presence in online hot-spots that your target audience visit.
Additionally we will update your channels with weekly content and respond appropriately
to all interactions.
Management if Pay-Per-Click Campaign through Facebook (Optional)
In order to populate mediums such as Facebook, we thoroughly recommend investing in
a Payper-click campaigns to populate your Facebook page with a very targeted audience.
We will set this campaign up for you and monitor it for three months. We recommend a
spend of $800 per month, this is optional but recommended.

Terms and conditions
The information contained within this proposal is strictly confdential and is intended for use of the below
named client only. The quotation is valid between 1st of June, 2012 - 31st Of December, 2012. Payment
terms are strictly 7 days from invoice date. Cancelation dates from the client require 28 days prior written
notice; otherwise payment must be made in full. The client warrants and represents to AC (Advertise Cairns)
that every advertisement approved for broadcast and all information supplied in relation to it is true and
accurate, complies with all relevant laws, is not defamatory and does not infringe any 3rd party rights
and the client indemnifes AC and its related bodies, corporate, their ofces, employees and contractors,
against any claim, cost or expenses arising from breach of the forgoing warranty. AC has the right, at its
absolute discretion to withdraw any advertisements at any time, for any reason, whatsoever. In the event
of an availability problem AC reserves the right to move any scheduled placement to a similar program or
programs subject to availability. The advertisement as presented is available at the time of signing but may
be subject to change without notice. Any expenses, costs of disbursements incurred by AC in recovering any
outstanding monies shall, to the extent permitted by law, be payable by the client. Either by signing below or
proceeding with the booking on the basis of this proposal the client acknowledges having read and agreed
to the terms that apply to this proposal and having authorised the broadcast of the proposed campaign.
