Open Surgeries These were held in the project office on 4 occasions and a number of staff attended to raise specific questions with the team. Project Steering Group A steering group was formally constituted and met on 5 occasions. It included members from both institutions and acted as a source of advice and guidance for the Project Team. It has approved the final report as fulfilling the remit of the study. The contents of the report remain the responsibility of the Project Team.
