About the Resource Persons


Yazdi Tantra has been into Information Technology (IT) since the last 23 years. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, he followed his passion to indulge in IT, first as a hobby and then as a profession. His organization ON-LYNE, has serviced many large clients, including multinationals, while spreading IT knowledge to individuals and NGOs with equal passion. Cutting edge technologies like Social Media Marketing and Cloud Computing are his current specializations. ON-LYNE offers free hosting services to any accredited NGO since the last 10 years. Chandni Parekh is a social psychologist and consultant with Samhita Social Ventures. She began helping NGOs online in 2006 by cross-posting information about interesting initiatives, events and requirements of NGOs and others on relevant e-groups. In 2009, Chandni started spreading the word about individuals and organisations in India that are seeking and offering money through Twitter, Facebook and a blog. Her Twitter handle is @FundACause

Workshop Registration To register for this workshop, please fill out the attached form and return it, with the appropriate fees, to the Centre for Advancement of Philanthropy, Mulla House, 4th floor, 51 M.G. Road, Flora Fountain, Mumbai 400 001. Tel: (022) 22846534. Registration for the workshop will be on a first-come, first-served basis as there are Limited Seats. Workshop fees include cost of training, workshop material, lunch, tea/coffee and refreshments. The fees must be paid in advance. No registration will be accepted on the day of the workshop.

Note: Participants are requested to bring their own lap-top computers with data card for internet connectivity.
