description
These devices consist of four independent high-gain frequency-compensated operational amplifiers that are designed specifically to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split supplies is also possible when the difference between the two supplies is 3 V to 30 V (for the LM2902 and LM2902Q, 3 V to 26 V) and VCC is at least 1.5 V more positive than the input common-mode voltage. The low supply current drain is independent of the magnitude of the supply voltage.

Applications include transducer amplifiers, dc amplification blocks, and all the conventional operational amplifier circuits that now can be more easily implemented in single-supply-voltage systems. For example, the LM124 can be operated directly from the standard 5-V supply that is used in digital systems and easily provides the required interface electronics without requiring additional 15-V supplies. The LM2902Q is manufactured to demanding automotive requirements. The LM124 and LM124A are characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of 55C to 125C. The LM224 and LM224A are characterized for operation from 25C to 85C. The LM324 and LM324A are characterized for operation from 0C to 70C. The LM2902 and LM2902Q are characterized for operation from 40C to 125C.
PRODUCTION DATA information is current as of publication date. Products conform to specifications per the terms of Texas Instruments standard warranty. Production processing does not necessarily include testing of all parameters.

description
The TL08x JFET-input operational amplifier family is designed to offer a wider selection than any previously developed operational amplifier family. Each of these JFET-input operational amplifiers incorporates well-matched, high-voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. The devices feature high slew rates, low input bias and offset currents, and low offset voltage temperature coefficient. Offset adjustment and external compensation options are available within the TL08x family. The C-suffix devices are characterized for operation from 0C to 70C. The I-suffix devices are characterized for operation from 40C to 85C. The Q-suffix devices are characterized for operation from 40C to 125C. The M-suffix devices are characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of 55C to 125C.
