    As per Contest rules of our district, clubs are required to make payment within the stipulated dates mentioned above. In case, Bill not received by any club for some unforeseen reasons, payment to be made as per membership strength of the club as shown in the Monthly Membership strength of the club as shown in the Monthly Membership Report of June and December.
