(1) MEMBERSHIP GROWTH

Emphasis on 100% retention: Special awards to President and ZC Clubs with members below 20 (11 clubs) must increase to 25 or above
(Responsibility to ZCs & Presidents). Key persons and PDGs from that area will be involved. Special mentoring help will be sought from the then DG. All clubs are requested to be + 1 All cabinet members are requested to sponsor 1 new member. If cabinet permits, spouse members will enjoy 50% less district dues (as like International dues) A special region-wise team is appointed to orient and motivate dropped members to come back to lionism (be optimistic please)

(2) TO INCREASE WOMEN MEMBERSHIP

In the cabinet 15% are women representation If cabinet permits, spouse members will enjoy 50% less district dues (as like
International dues)

To encourage Lady members to take leadership One lady member is appointed as Dept. Cabinet Secretary to take care of Ladies

District-wise cultural programmers to attract women and young to join Lionism.

(3) TO PENETRATE INTO UNREPRESENTED AREAS

Encourage service projects in the unrepresented area by nearby strong clubs. Extend CEP programmers in these areas. Identify important non-political people and establish rapport with them.

4 Club Excellence programmes, targeting 15 members each, one in each area, i.e. dooars, Hills, Siliguri and Malda & Dinajpur. Total 60 members 4 Certi ed Guiding Lions programmes, targeting 15 members each, one in each area, i.e. dooars, Hills, Siliguri and Malda & Dinajpur. Total 60 members 4 Leadership Orientation programmes at Regional and Zonal Conference, one in each area, i.e. Dooars, Hills, Siliguri and Malda & Dinajpur. Total 60 members 15 Club Orientation programmes, targeting 8 newly inaugurated in the year 2011-12 clubs and 7 up coming new clubs 16 Club Leadership Develpment programmes, four in each area, i.e. dooars, Hills, Siliguri and Malda & Dinajpur. 3 PST Training programmes, one in each area, i.e. dooars, Hills & Siliguri and Malda & Dinajpur.

One District PRO and Three Deputy PROs appointed for better public relation
with local community, Government O cials, Corporate Bodies and speci c in uential people. It includes strong relationship with print and electronic media.

(9) LCIF Contribution - Dist. 322F Vision 2012-13

1. We are trying hard to motivate all cabinet members to be MJF. 2. Small donations of $10 or $20 shall also be welcomed. 3. Our target this year os to make at least 25 MJFs.
