Steve Jobs Research Paper Steven Paul Jobs was the co-founder of Apple, the biggest retail store in the world. He innovated electronics such as the cell phone and created the iPhone which is highly popular ,much lighter and easier to carry around. Because of Jobs, people have been encouraged to innovate, also people now have Apple products which they dearly love. Jobs was born on Feb 24th 1955 in Mountain View ,California and lived with his family. Even before he was named, Jobss biological parents put him for adoption. Sara and Paul Jobs adopted him. In Jobs and his dad's free time, they opened electronics and re- did things in that. Jobs always used to think of ways on how to innovate, improve things, when he was small. Jobs used to hate going to school. So, his teacher bribed him to learn . Even though Jobs hated school he still got good test scores. In fact ,he performed so good the school administrators wanted him to skip his middle school and go to high school instead. But his parents said no to that offer. After high school,Jobs started going to Reed College which is in Portland, Oregon. In his sixth month of college he dropped out. After Jobs dropped out he joined art and craft classes. Jobs had a long way to go before Apple became successful. Jobs joined a company, Atari and started making video games in 1974. After that he partnered with a man named Wozniak and designed the Apple computers.the Apple computers started

Apple had to compete with IBM because they started to become better , they had higher sales. So Apple sold the Macintosh in 1984.But,the Macintosh computers still did not catch up with IBM. Jhon Scally who was president of Apple believed that Steve was ruining Apple. People wanted him out of Apple. In 1985 Jobs left Apple. Then he joined Pixar animation studios in the same year. But later on in 1997Jobs went back to Apple. Steven Paul Jobs made an impact on the world by increasing our use of technology by innovating cell-phones, mp3's, computers and created the iPod, iPhone, iPad... He has also influenced many many people and companies to innovate other kinds of products. Jobs has proven that if you have the passion you can do any thing. He made the iPhone and all his other products by his passion of innovating things, making things better. He used to hate how big and heavy the cellphones were so he took that idea, innovated it and made what is now known as the iPhone. He was an innovative thinker since he was small. So now Jobs has been a example to many people whether it is just for innovating or doing something , following your passion. Leaving an impact, Steven Paul Jobs died of Pancreatic cancer at the age of 56 (Oct 5th 2011) .
