TWENTY TIPS FOR A FIT & FINE HEALTH

1. Do not sleep in late hours. If you rise early, you are ahead of the world ! "Early to bed, early to rise; makes a person healthy, wealthy and wise" 2. Do not miss to keep your teeth and tongue neat and clean after getting up every morning and even after every meal. Brushing with a glass of salted water for about four minutes is as good as with any mouth wash/tooth paste because these are a luxury of the elite ! "A clean mouth is a neat gateway to your health 3. Do not sleep without a mosquito-net or without applying a safe mosquito repellant. Avoid other smoke gadgets for this purpose as these adversely affect your lungs and respiration. "Malaria kills about 15 lacs of people in the world every year." 4. Do not miss to take a large glass of fresh water, the first intake in the morning. It replenishes the fluid loss your body has undergone during night. "Water is the cheapest and the best analeptic !" 5. Do not miss yoga, a brisk morning walk, a gentle jog or a light exercise for atleast 30 minutes daily. "Mobility is the essence of life, stillness is stagnation; and stagnation is disease, disability & death!" 6. Do not take a hurried breakfast, a hasty lunch and a quick dinner.
