Note: A fire alarm system may contain up to 96 detection areas. If several main control units (MCU 211) are networked in a system, each one starts with a new fire detection area.
Configuration of the fire alarm system
The display of commands and information in these operating instructions is based on a standard configuration. Therefore it does not necessarily conform to the displays and functions available at your device. The larger and the more complex the fire alarm system, the more pages can be called with the softkey [MORE] and assigned to corresponding functions.

Context operation
Procedure
Context operation, also called alternative operation, is a form of operation meant to facilitate switch on, switch off, disconnect and connect operations. This means: If one tries to again switch off an already switched off detector zone, the system proposes to switch on this detector zone. If one tries to again switch on a detector zone with bad AR (e.g. smashed pushbutton glass), the system proposes partial switching off of this detector zone. Note: You need the appropriate authorisation to reprogram an operator code.
