Ridge Indian Reservation, South Dakota. I am here to speak for my wife, and straighten out a horrible breakdown in communication. I am also here to express my outrage, and my People's outrage at what has happened in all our names. Lydia has kept me informed of everything she has endured, day by day - week by week, since her return from London to Ireland, and her return from Ireland to Colorado in December. I have asked her to forward all correspondence with all parties concerned, so that my Elders and I can follow everything that is occurring, and plan an action, in time, against the travesties that have happened to all of us at the hand of Kevin Annett. Lydia has not wanted us to take action on behalf of her, because she follows our spiritual laws. We have been caught in a moral and spiritual dilemma, therefore, because we DO take action when OUR People are being harmed in any way. By 1868 Treaty Law, The Treaty of Fort Laramie, my wife is a status member of our Nation, and our sons, Wakinyan and Akicita are fully enrolled members - complete with their U-numbers. Not only is my wife a member of our Nation by US Government to Government Law (as well as our Cultural Laws for we were also married by my Canupa), therefore, but she has received the highly unusual full respect from our Elders, and has been asked to speak on behalf of them since we married in 1993. With this comes an obligation to speak for our Nation Internationally, which she has done with the highest of dedication and commitment since. The dilemma, therefore, lies with the fact that is is not her alone that has been harmed - lied about and vilified in the International public eye -...slandered horrendously...but that the Nation has been harmed itself by this outrage and injustice. I hope that clarifies why no official statements have been issued to date in any capacity about what has occurred. I have seen that she has tried tirelessly to communicate with you since September in a private forum. This privacy would have remained only between the two of you if it were not for Nell Cole, and I can speak more about Nell Cole later. For now, simple to say she folded under pressure to Nell Cole to forward the poisonous emails sent to her by Kevin Annett after she returned from London, where she was in complete health collapse and crisis. To trust Nell Cole is a dangerous thing, for I have personally gone to battle for Nell Cole the previous November in defense of Kevin Annett myself, and saw for myself that she is not of sound mind. Lydia and I also stopped Nell Cole last March from publicly harming Kevin Annett, just after Lydia buried her father in Maryland. I see that Nell Cole's allegiance lies only where she gets the most attention, and Kevin Annett continuously urged Lydia to dissociate herself from Nell Cole, on his behalf for the same reasons. It was Nell Cole who grabbed the entrusted emails from Lydia after London, promising confidence, and immediately forwarded them right to Kevin Annett - and his openly bi-polar father, Bill Annett. So it is Nell Cole who is the Judas here, never my beloved wife, who unlike Nell Cole, is a vastly mature woman in all senses of the word. Lydia has also told me of her frustration with regard to you, who she tells me, had also lied to her with regard to demanding a skype conversation the day after her return from London via a man named John Graham. She has told me that she was in no way prepared for any pressure to act or talk, and felt forced into doing so by his insistence to communicate immediately where he promised her they were alone, in confidence. Apparently you had him lie to her and you were listening. She suffered a heart attack the night before, when she got back to the house in Ireland from the trip back from London, and I can vouch about my wife's health issues later. What she has told me is that she was in emotional shock about what she discovered about Kevin Annett in London, and needed much deserved time to process this before she could attempt to articulate clearly in any way to any one what was happening. Instead, she told me, she floundered horribly under the pressure to talk immediately, and failed miserably to communicate clearly - to you, or Nell Cole, who she sent insufficient emails to, to clearly indicate the cruelty and deceit Kevin was perpetrating. I hope this is a beginning -FINALLY- of clarification.

Lydia then told me that after some rest, and she and I were talking daily through this, that when she did feel more ready to take this horrible burden on, she began to attempt to contact you persistently, but you would not respond. She and I have a record of an attempt to reach you by one email, many many skpye attempts, which she printed out, and two phone messages pleading with you to answer her, or return her call by phone. These all went unheeded. By now this absurd and outrageous document entitled 'Black Ops Advisory' had been issued by Kevin Annett, and was published on as many as 30 websites immediately by both Kevin Annett and John Graham, under the Username Butlin Cat, and Nell Cole of course had no problem posting it on the mostly Native forum on Facebook. Lydia called me often during those dark days for her, and wept....as though she had not suffered enough by the already egregious circumstances. She asked John Graham, who she spoke of me so fondly about (to the present day), to please take down his postings of the 'Black Ops' nonsense - but harmful nonsense - and with some effort on her part he did. Recently he told her, and she sent a copy of this to us as well, that he would sue if he were her, especially ...'after all our family had gone through for 13 years under COINTELPRO for Lydia's steadfast dedication to Kevin Annett'... Kevin Annett has continued with a fury, however to continue to repost this infantile slander by himself on internet websites to all of our horror. It is evident that Nell Cole has been privately communicating with hundreds, along with Bill Annett on FB and by private email, to perpetuate the cover-up Kevin Annett desires, at Lydia's expense. We are aware of the fact that Nell Cole, and Bill Annett are unconscious of Kevin's cover-up, and believe his lies about himself and Lydia. I feel that you as well believe his deliberate lies, for I personally have always seen his true nature, which is easy for a man of my life-time experience in all out war with White America. My dear wife is much more trusting and open-hearted, and therefore vulnerable to deception. Now it is time to begin - and begin only - to address what Kevin Annett is lying about (and why, therefore Lydia has become his International scapegoat), and your insistence to Lydia that she answers questions that are obvious and tedious through your highlighted email response to her 'White Ops' writing that she forwarded to you. Belinda, my wife is fighting cancer, advanced cardiopulmonary, diabetes, and Epstein Barr Disease. Do any of you have the slightest empathy for this woman who has been bed-ridden for 8 years, and who is suffering so chronically?? She rarely complains publicly about her condition, unless she is forced to explain, another indication of her emotional maturity - perhaps she has not indicated well enough or at all to you of her condition? This I am unclear about. I do know that it is impossible for her to physically cope anymore with tedious demands and requests, even if they were grounded ones, which we all here find in great frustration that they are not. I have sat back and endured with her the agony of her situation, myself helpless at her demand that I remain silent...until I saw her lose it completely over your last email to her. She has been labeled a 'mind-control slave' (which cost her the two year process of building the relationship - and planning- with her co-producer, Linda DiNoto - who received in a bulk sending from Kevin Annett to all on his email list, a copy of this absurdity, whereupon Linda fled back to America in disgust, for their work was primarily based on film work regarding Kevin Annett - whom Lydia had assured Linda was the finest of men). She has been called 'mentally ill' by Nell Cole publicly of FB, under the 'Black Ops' posting, which we have a copy of here. She has received hate mail from many, including ' a you despicable bitch' email from Bill Annett. Now you are insisting she is perpetrating a SMEAR CAMPAIGN against Kevin Annett yourself??? We here have lost all patience with this madness ourselves. Has Lydia ever, ever posted anything publicly about Kevin Annett? Until the brilliant idea of hers to clear her name herself, without engaging herself directly to this madness, but speaking only for us finally, at our careful direction - NO, SHE HAS NOT. EVER. TO THIS DAY. When you insist to her that she produce facts, documents, legally verified statements regarding Kevin Annett (which abound), have you asked Kevin Annett for the same in his World Wide Net posting about Lydia White Calf,

"Black Ops Advisory"??? Where are the demands to Kevin to produce evidenced CIA papers- we would assume classified papers regarding real Black Operative work for hire- from you or anyone else? Why is it this document is allowed to go unquestioned Internationally, but Lydia is grilled if she quietly attempts to defend her honor against obvious unfounded madness? Back to the first lie that Lydia began to learn of in London regarding Clarita Vargas, and the truth about Italy. (And now I am exhausted, and will probably only attend to this alone in this writing to you). The day Kevin Annett was leaving for his second tour, which Lydia funded as always, he called her from his father's in Florida. I was there, in our bedroom, when she received this call. He told her that no witnesses were coming for Italian Parliament and The Genoa Circle. (No witnesses...does that sound familiar to you by now?) -Oh, we know there have been some witnesses dug up for Kevin's kangaroo court so-called Tribunal for September....the Summons for which were callously copied the night before Lydia read them in London - Rudy Jame's writings from the original Tribunal in Vancouver, which I also attended as Juror with Lydia, and have copies of Rudy Jame's writing, for those findings were sent to IHRAAM on behalf of the United Nations. (Lydia has indicated well to me THAT shock and horror the first night she got to London, when she AGAIN asked the most important question always brushed off by Kevin until the very last minute.."SO...CAN I SEE YOUR WRITINGS OF THE SUMMONS FINALLY KEVIN???" ...Lydia has explained to all of us here well about that crucial night. Kevin replied to Lydia something to the effect "Oh...I am simply using Rudy's writings from the 1998 Tribunal - hey they work fine."...Back to Italy. I heard Lydia's answer to Kevin (and I know that heart of courage and determination so well - better than anyone for I have lived with this in the fight for the Survival of our People for the 18 years of our marriage). Kevin had indicated there were four days until Italian Parliament proceedings - and no survivors, let alone ones that met Parliament's criteria (witness to murder, victim of sexual abuse at the hands of priests and/or nuns, and Institutional cover-up). By now, all the survivors that Lydia had known so well in Canada, were dead. However, I know Lydia, and she would take this on. She assured Kevin that not only would she find a survivor that met the criteria, she would arrange the flight and passport problem, find a way to pay for it all - for once again she was out of money for giving what she had to Kevin for his expenses up front - and have him or her (the survivor yet to be found) delivered on time for Parliament IN FOUR DAYS. Now, do you know Anyone ANYONE who can not only accomplish such a thing, but WANT to accomplish such a thing? That would be my wife. She leapt out of her sick-bed, against my pleading, rolled up her sleeves, and went to work to accomplish this. Of course she accomplished it. And it cost her two weeks in bed from collapse. To this day there has not only NOT been the hint of any gratitude from Kevin - let alone concern for her health - but quite the opposite. What occurred in Italy has been one of a multitude of reasons for the international scapegoating to my wife's good name. Lydia thought quickly out loud to me...WHERE? WHERE? WHERE? WILL I FIND A SURVIVOR??? The next thing I know she was on the phone with Ken Bear Chief, a very brilliant idea, by all measure, for we had only recently met him on the radio for Kevin...and yes, Ken knew of one woman who could emotionally do this, as well as meet the criteria of Italian Parliament. Her name was Clarita Vargas. Ken called Claita first, to run this by her, and called Lydia back to inform her that the first step in this ordeal had been accomplished. Clarita agreed. I sat next to Lydia on our bed as she called Clarita and with great diplomacy and appropriate quiet empathy, assured Clarita that she could trust Kevin Annett, and that he would honor her, and her vulnerability as a victim. Clarita agreed to go!!! Next was the fury of finding money, and this is the first time in my life I have seen Lydia borrow money - for the plane fare. We drove all around our neighborhood up in the mountains while Lydia constantly asked herself, "Who can I ask, Who can I ask.." out loud, while I felt helpless again. Suddenly she burst out, after about 7 hours "MICHAEL GOLDMAN!!!". We raced home and she called her old friend of 30 years

arduously explaining who Kevin Annett was, and summoned the courage to ask..He said no problem. Three days left now until Parliament, including flight time from Washington state. The next day, the whole day was spent between Ken, Lydia, Clarita, and the airlines...Ken and Clarita had found a way to get a passport in one day, but had to have the reservations in hand to do so...Lydia found and booked a flight, but it took hours, that had Clarita arrive within one hour before Parliament began, and it had to connect with Genoa, for the Genoa Circle. The Genoa Circle was of the utmost historic importance for for all of us in The Western Hemisphere, for the Genoas wanted to issue a formal official apology from Columbus' birth town. There can be no emphasized words for this historic possibility for us here, and I had begun to phone and email leadership all over North America to inform them, and reassure them that this was imminent, and real. (It now has been grievously collapsed by Kevin Annett's obsessive need for personal notoriety, and utter disregard for OUR NEEDS IN THE WESTERN HEMISPHERE). Clarita never called Lydia when she returned. Lydia wondered, and began to sense trouble. Then Lydia's father, my father-in-law - Peter Oliver Hersloff - suddenly dropped dead.....As though that wasn't hard enough on her, her beloved brother, Van Murray, my brother-in-law, died at the age of 56, two days after Lydia buried her father. I stayed in Colorado for we have six pets, while Lydia and the boys rushed off to what was to become back-to back funerals. By the time she returned, she was obviously in complete emotional AND physical collapse for quite some time. About a month later my brother dropped dead from a massive coronary in Pine Ridge, and she hoisted herself out of bed to race us up there for the next funeral. This is when we agreed that I would remain in Pine Ridge due to issues I will again go into later, and have Lydia return home to Colorado alone. Kevin was meeting you in London during this last funeral exactly a year ago, always oblivious to Lydians personal travails, and life. Lydia only began to notice strange behavior regarding Ken by Kevin she says the first night she was in London with you, at your house. Ken was not showing up. Lydia pressed Kevin that she would do anything to get Ken there, and the reasons Kevin gave her why Ken was not arriving as planned imminently- kept changing, according to Lydians recounting of those events. Next was strange behavior regarding the stay in Italy for this tour (last September) which was indicated on the Press Kit for a week's stay. Lydia says that two nights before she left London, Kevin asked her to go upstairs in your house, where the discussion about Italy began. Kevin informed Lydia that they would be in the country of Italy for FOUR HOURS. Baffled beyond words, Lydia talked to Linda the next day about this, because Kevin would not give Lydia an answer for this gaping making-no-sense change of plans. Linda was getting to the end of her rope, Lydia has told me by this point in London anyway, because no matter how hard Linda had planned with Kevin to film him performing an Exorcism, Kevin squirreled away, and never met Linda at their designated locations, and left Linda stranded repeatedly waiting... Two months after Lydia got back to Colorado, Ken Bear Chief called her, and now that phone call and all that was told has left US ALL in shock. Ken informed Lydia that Kevin had been thrown out of Italy by the Italians due to their upset and distress about how he was treating Clarita and one other survivor we are all still confused about - with reference to the identity of that survivor, when Kevin had told Lydia he had NO SURVOVIRS until Lydia found and delivered Clarita. There was more disclosed about Italy from Ken to Lydia, and equally importantly Ken's story to Lydia about why Ken had already informed Kevin he would never consider going anywhere with Kevin a month before the tour, let alone Europe. Ken never intended on arriving, and Kevin lied to all of you, especially my wife, about Ken's imminent arrival in London. That is another story. Since I am thoroughly exhausted, I must start to conclude this here. I want to make one final point. In the highlighted email you sent back to Lydia, you are questioning her if she is stirring Native Peoples and dividing them. Obviously I will not even answer to this outrageous proposition. I will say that all Lydia has wanted, and our Elders are going to attest to this in an official document, is to handle this

betrayal, this reprehensible conspiracy to destroy her name and her honor and scapegoating of her decency - to cover-up this Italian disaster AND much much more - in a spiritual manner that demands silence in the face of such display of moral bankruptcy, and spiritual degradation - a perpetrator's behaviors. Lydia still refuses to make any public disclosures herself, but is finally agreeing to allow us, for we have to do as our Women (Wiyan) demand. Hence, she agreed to include in her "White Ops" document our position, carefully separating it from hers. Our Elder Council, The Grey Eagle Society, The OST, and The American Indian Movement have begun proceedings with our attorneys for The American Indian Movement to handle the legal aspects of fraud and slander to our Nation, The Oglala Lakota Nation, and since Lydia is my wife, her issues will be included, and she has finally agreed to this. Included in these proceedings are the use of my name and my Nation's name, forced under duress by Kevin Annett for Lydia to commit perjury in the use of my name and my Nation's name for the Summons originally read, so Kevin could escape potential arrest, and Lydia could be free to be arrested for him. Before The Indian Crimes Act, this would have resulted in Kevin Annett's death by our Warriors. Since the United States Government has made illegal our Ancient Ways and Social Laws, this is not a possibility. The weight of the crime is what I am emphasizing to you, done to the Oglala Lakota Peoples. Thank you for hearing my voice and testimony.
