This includes the application of historical simulation VaR models within both single or multiasset VaR models to either Bar, Restaurant or rooming within specific hospitality environments. These are an adaptation of the classic banking risk assessment tools to the service economy and can be used in any service sector business. It has a strong, innovative Doctoral Research Programme linked with adding value to the users of applied research. Our research students come from all continents.
