Purpose of Handling For laboratory use

Chromatographic separation of extract from plants;As an example of ketone it is used in activity on comparing aldehyde & ketones reaction . Test for solubility of Lipids; test for purine in chicken liver and in neutralization process of acid & base. Test for carbohydrates; as dehydrating agent to molish alpha naphtol test; test for lipid and protein in beans. Solubility test; calsify aliphatic from aromatic hydrocarbons; reactions of hydrocarbon;solvent in separation of grass extract. Added to chloroform a test for liplds; reaction rate test in aliphatic componds.
