PIL agreed with ALMCO to change the Liquidated Damages dates in the contract documents to fairly offset the delays encountered in Drawings release.

PIL issued the civil work front to ALMCO ( Approximately 4300 Cu m Concrete ) based on Drawings releases during this month

Anchor bolts are in transit and so is the Steel Structure. Bar Bending schedule is ready in PIL office, and itll be issued to ALMCO in couple of days. PIL planned to provide rewards to best employee on weekly and monthly basis at site. ALMCO to be provided HSSE statistic on weekly basis. PIL informed ALMCO that, the Buildings works, Pipe Racks and Tank works are the priority works. PIL informed ALMCO to plan permanent material for buildings ahead of time to ensure smooth work progress.

PIL informed ALMCO to provide a revised manpower histogram for the available front concrete works mentioned in #2 above

10) ALMCO planned to bring Civil Engineer as CM to replace Mr. Duraid Muhammed. 11) PIL & ALMCO to work out jointly a recovery schedule for delayed works. 12) Water wells Ministry of Oil instructed Gazprom to use MWR as nominated subcontractor to do the work. PIL will send a letter to ALMCO that, PIL agrees to the design, methodology and workmanship

to proceed of MWR and ALMCO will accordingly feel confident to contract them. ALMCO agreed
immediately with Water well drilling contract after receiving PIL letter obtaining items approvals 13) ALMCO to prepare approval list for building material in advance and start '14) will provide advance design copy for buildings work to ALMCO for planning'
