The firms name partners include Walter Fried, Hans Frank, Sam Harris, Sargant Shriver, and Leslie Jacobsen. The firms Washington, DC location, which was established in 1949, serves clients in the areas of corporate transactions, antitrust tax, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, commercial litigation, securities regulation and enforcement, intellectual property and technology, government contracts, and white collar crime and internal investigations. Fried Frank was one of the first US law firms to open an office in Europe. The opening of its London office was followed by

the opening of the Paris office in 1993 and the Frankfurt office in 2004. Other international offices followed in 2006 and 2007 with the establishment of its Hong Kong and Shanghai offices.
